Jackson Weiland Jackson Weiland 6'0" | PG South Medford | 2024 State OR (2024 South Medford)
Weiland has one of the prettiest outside shots in the state and he had it on automatic, both on the catch and shoot and pulling up from beyond the arc. The rising junior point guard wasn’t just launching shots with no conscience either as practically every one he took was a clean look.
Blake Thune Blake Thune 6'3" | CG Mountainside | 2023 State OR (2023 Mountainside)
Thune is one of the better outside shooters in the state and he’s particularly dangerous in the corners. The rising senior not only hit at least four threes in every game we watched but also hit some in clutch situations when Mountainside needed points to maintain a lead.
Aidan Rice Aidan Rice 6'2" | PG Beaverton | 2024 State OR (2024 Beaverton)
Ever since the state tournament, we’ve had our eyes on Rice as he can light it up in a hurry from deep as his range extends far beyond the three-point line.
Max Elmgren Max Elmgren 6'0" | CG Beaverton | 2024 State OR (2024 Beaverton)
Elmgren is a solid shooter but could be even more dangerous with his pull-up. He didn’t put up a ton of attempts in the games we saw, but the rising junior lefty looked sharp with his jump shot.
Kaden Groenig Kaden Groenig 5'9" | PG Southridge | 2024 State OR (2024 Southridge)
Groenig showed off a nice stroke, often times using quick dribble moves to set up his pinpoint pull-up. He also was able to show good range on his shot and canned shots off the catch.
AJ Noland AJ Noland 6'0" | CG Tulalatin | 2024 State OR (2024 Tualatin)
Noland shot the ball well from distance off the catch and shoot but also had the ability to put the ball on the floor and create. The rising junior is a good all-around athlete who’s also a talented football player.
Zach Zuckerman (2024 Tualatin)
Another Timberwolf that also plays on the gridiron, Zuckerman impressed us with his lefty pull-up jumpers from both mid-range and beyond the three-point arc. He was certainly a threat when he was left open.
