CJ Cox CJ Cox 6'1" | CG Milton Academy | 2024 State NLG , Milton Academy, Position CG, HT 6’2, AAU Middlesex Magic
CJ is a recent transfer from Lexington high school, where he put up big numbers. He also had a very strong spring AAU season with the Middlesex Magic. He is a very skilled, and athletic combo guard. He is a playmaker, with explosiveness. CJ has the ability to take over a game with his scoring. He has had many high scoring games in high school, AAU, and other leagues. He was named the Middlesex league MVP this past high school season. CJ has reclassified to the class of 2024, giving him more time to develop as a player. CJ has really improved his shooting, and is a threat to shoot from mid range and three point range now. He doesn’t have to score to impact the game, as he has shown how he also can be a facilitator, and get his teammates involved. CJ has a lot of upside to his game.
Max Alberts Max Alberts 6'4" | SG Berkshire School | 2024 State NLG , Berkshire, Position SG, HT 6’4,
Max is known in the NEPSAC for his shooting abilities. He is one of the best shooters I have seen in the area. He shot 44 percent from three last season. He has a soft shooting touch, and a good fundamentally sound shooting form. He can get his shot off very quickly, and gets to his spots quickly. He is a good spot up shooter, and also good at shooting when coming off screens, and cutting. Max has long range so when the defense pressures him, he just steps back further. Max moves without the ball very well, and every time he cuts, he is looking to get the ball back. Max is not just a shooter, and impacts the game on defense. Max is a very solid on ball defender, and plays good defense away from the ball as well.
Evan Reeves Evan Reeves 6'9" | PF Wilbraham & Monson | 2024 State NLG , Wilbraham and Monson, HT 6’9, Power F
Lots of attention over the last year on the Wilbraham and Monson team has gone to Kyle Filipowski. With Kyle graduating, and going off to Duke, it’s time to turn our attention to other high level players on the team. Evan Reeves Evan Reeves 6'9" | PF Wilbraham & Monson | 2024 State NLG is a high level player who has transferred to Wilbraham and Monson. He is a 6’9 stretch forward, and can shoot the three at a high percentage. In today’s generation of basketball, a big men, who have guard skills, and shooting abilities is a high wanted prospect. Evan has a good mix of an inside and out game. He is a strong built, and can play above the rim, and also out on the wing. Evan is a versatile player who I think has the skills to play at the division 1 college level.
Sebastian Goldberg Sebastian Goldberg 6'6" | PF Beaver | 2024 NLG , Beaver, HT 6’6, Position PF/SF, AAU Expressions
Sebastian is a player who has been improving every game I have seen him play. He has the ability to stretch the floor and shoot, and also the skills to attack off the dribble. He is a strong built, with good length. He can score inside the paint, and is a good passer from the high and low post. Sebastian is a player who you want to play with. He may not be the most flashy player at times, but he does a lot to impact the game. Sebastian can play multiple positions, and is versatile. He was named to the EIL all league team this past season.
