Kyan Evans Kyan Evans 6'2" | PG Staley | 2023 State MO (Staley): The 6’1″ 2023 point guard was very much at home in his own gym as he displayed his expert court vision and the ability to score at all three levels. He was creating offense off the dribble as well as knocking down 3-pointers on the move. He was also threading needle with some nifty no-look passes. He already holds multiple Division I offers.
Brayden Shorter Brayden Shorter 6'5" | SF Springfield Kickapoo | 2023 State MO (Kickapoo): The 6’5″ 2023 forward was one of the top perimeter shooters at the event. He averaged four to five 3-pointers in each game and he was knocking them down from well beyond the line. He also had an impressive turnaround jumper in the lane when he went inside. It was a very nice play of marksmanship throughout the weekend.
Isaia Howard Isaia Howard 6'5" | SG Plattsburg | 2024 State MO (Plattsburg, pictured): The 6’5″ 2024 guard is a standout small-school school bucket-getter who was able to display his considerable scoring chops in front a bevy of college coaches. He covers a lot of ground with his long stride when he’s on the attack and he finishes well at the rim. Very nice touch from multiple angles. He also has a nice pull-up jumper and 3-point range.
Kobi Williams Kobi Williams 6'4" | SG Westminster | 2023 State MO (Westmister): A 6’3″ 2023 shooting guard with good athleticism and is solid in all facets of the game. He shot the 3-pointer well and he was able to get into the lane with various escape moves. He had good elevation on his mid-range jumper, which was very effective. He also did a good job of facilitating offense and finding open teammates in an unselfish manner.
Jayden Renfro (St. Michael the Archangel): The versatile 6’7″ 2024 forward was very good on the defensive end as he used his size and length. He made some very impressive recoveries to come up with blocked shots and steals. He is very comfortable on the perimeter with his ability to handle the ball and knock down a jumper or to swoop into the lane for a driving layup.
Clayton Jackson Clayton Jackson 6'2" | PG Cardinal Ritter | 2024 State MO (Cardinal Ritter): The 6’0″ 2024 point guard has really emerged during the spring portion of the grassroots season and his good play continued at the showcase. He is strong with the ball and he has very good fundamentals. He uses his body well to get into the lane to either score or drop of a pass to an open teammate. He can also shoot it from the perimeter.
Dillon Duff (DeSmet): A 6’3″ 2025 guard with good size, a solid build and an excellent shooting stroke from 3-point range. He has a nice step-back jumper and he could also get downhill and score in the lane when he had to. He is a high energy player with solid athleticism.
Ryker Edwards Ryker Edwards 6'0" | SG Smithville | 2023 State MO (Smithville): A 6’2″ 2023 multi-sport standout who can really swat a baseball. He is a solidly-built young man who plays the game with a lot of energy. He was flying around making hustle plays on the boards and on loose balls. He attacks the basket well on the drive and he had some very athletic finishes in the transition game.
