Here is a look at some at some of the talented Mid Mo forwards at the event.
Evans Appolon (Father Tolton): The 6’9 2023 center was a force in the paint throughout the weekend. He was constantly drawing double teams, but he was able to pass out of them effectively. The big lefty had strong power moves inside, but he would finish with a soft touch. He also blocked and altered several shots on defense. He continues to get better and better.

(Hickman): The 6’6 230-pound 2025 forward has a nice blend of power and skill. He is capable of manhandling defenders inside, but he’s comfortable on the perimeter with the ball in his hands. He can step out and hit a 3-pointer and he can make a play off the dribble.

(Jefferson City): The 6’8 2024 forward comes over to Jeff City from Class 2 Knox Co. He is long and lean and quite skilled, but I was impressed with how assertive he looked at times. He was taking the bumps inside and finishing while rebounding well. He is a nice addition for the Jays.

(Father Tolton): The 6’5 2024 forward comes to Tolton from Fulton. He had a solid weekend with his high energy play. He has the size and strength bang around in the post. He can also operate in the how post with his ability to pass it or make an aggressive dribble move to the basket.
Jordan Martin Jordan Martin 6'6" | SF Jefferson City | 2025 State MO (Jefferson City): A 6’4 2025 forward who may be a little undersized but he knows how to operate around the basket. His footwork is excellent and his motor is good. He scores inside very well and he has a very effective drive game. It all leads to a lot of production.
