Four captains were selected and allowed to draft players who committed to the camp. Below I review the five players who stood out the most amongst a very talented pool of young hoopers.
Jacob Arop Jacob Arop 6'6" | C Bellevue West | 2024 State NE | Bellevue West | PF/C | 6’6″ 240 lbs | Class of 2024
Arop is a strong big with amazing footwork and touch in the paint. During the twelve-minute games, he averaged 12.2 points and 5.6 rebounds. Arop proved to be a presence that most players couldn’t contend as he bullied his way to the basket and controlled the boards with multiple easy putbacks. He showed off his range, hitting multiple 3-point shots. Arop’s team only lost one game on the day, and he took that personally scoring 27 points the very next game. His skillset, size and personality have star potential and he will be one of the top prospects in the state without question.

Carter Nelson Carter Nelson 6'5" | PF Ainsworth | 2024 NE | Ainsworth | SF/PF | 6’4″ 205 lbs |Class of 2024
The best athlete to attend was Mr. Nelson. He is high flying with great length and patience, taking whatever the defense gave him. Living above the rim seemed easy for him and his maneuverability in air was equally impressive. Nelson knew how to use his length at both ends of the floor, as he contested and blocked multiple shots during the day. It was easy to see why he has multiple offers from colleges for football, however like Tony Gonzales and Antonio Gates, Nelson can contribute on the court in an impact way!

Braden Frager | Lincoln Southwest | SF/PF | 6’5″ 190 lbs | Class of 2025
Another star in the making, Frager showed off his full skillset driving in the lane making tough layups, dunking and was equally as deadly from beyond the arc. He competed at a high level with the top talent and showed his fellow players he belonged and is one to watch out for. Frager has a big solid frame that can dish and take punishment, allowing him to play through contact with ease. He can become an elite level scorer with his leaping and shooting capabilities. Colleges should take notice early and get him on their scouting lists.

Bryson Bahl | Papillion-LaVista South | SG/SF | 6’3″ 160 lbs | Class of 2025
Bahl is a high IQ player with a quick trigger. He is a student of the game and is the type of player to watch extra film to understand his opponent. Bahl is a sniper from beyond the arc and with his quick release, along with release point, it is not an easy task to challenge his shot. He moves well without the ball and good length to challenge opposing teams on both ends of the floor. As he becomes one of the leaders on his Titan team, look for Bahl to put his name on the minds of many.

Dakarai Davis Dakarai Davis 5'10" | CG Omaha Burke | 2023 State NE | Omaha Burke | PG/SG | 5’10″ 160lbs | Class of 2023
Any schools looking for a point guard who is a fantastic leader and scorer of the ball, look no further. Davis has a smooth left stroke and can pull up off the dribble better than anyone. He knows how to get others involved with his dribble drive capabilities but can also finish amongst the bigs. The most impressive observation was how his team rallied around him every time he entered a game. Davis sparked offensive runs when he was inserted in the lineup by knocking down shots and creating opportunities for his teammates. A college that does their due diligence will love what Davis brings on a daily basis, he can make an impact!
