– 6’3/G || Class 2023 || Phenom
Palmer is one of the best shot-blocking guards in the state and is willing to challenge anyone at the rim. The athletic guard doesn’t take any plays off and does the little things to help his team win. Palmer has excellent timing when contesting shots, and he also puts his hops to good use when going for rebounds. He doesn’t have the strongest burst but can quickly make up ground once he gets going.
