Paul Lanzi Paul Lanzi 6'1" | CG Chelsea | 2023 State AL (2023)–Chelsea
Lanzi is a combo guard who can score on all three levels. He’s a knock-down shooter from deep off the catch and can play alongside other ball-dominant guards. He also shows excellent craftiness off the bounce and is creative when attacking defenders with crossovers, spins, hesitations, and pump fakes. Lanzi is also adept at finishing with an array of gathers, reverse layups, and floaters.

RJ Johnson RJ Johnson 6'3" | PG Grissom | 2023 State #215 Nation AL (2023)–Grissom
Johnson is a dynamic floor general with an elite combination of size, skill, and athleticism. As a bigger guard, Johson is one of the more physically dominant players in the state and plays with a bully mentality. He’s a mismatch nightmare that can consistently get to the paint and power through contact to convert finishes. As a finisher, Johnson is creative with euros, floaters, hop gathers, and bumps. This, in addition to his vertical explosiveness, makes him a highlight reel waiting to happen. Johnson also excels as a playmaker and is a top-tier shot distributor that can make all the passes. He can throw it ahead in transtion, hit the pocket pass in pick and rolls, throw accurate lobs to the roll man, and hit shooters in their pockets with cross-court dimes.

Ryan Dunn Ryan Dunn 6'0" | PG Hartselle | 2023 State AL 5’11 PG/SG 2023 Hartselle
Dunn is a knock-down shooter from deep. Shows extreme accuracy from the deep corner that fully optimizes spacing in the half-court and stretches the defense to its limit. Dunn also displays an ability to hit contested shots consistently. Though he’s primarily used as a marksman, Dunn is a highly effective playmaker. He uses his shot to set up driving lanes, collapse the defense, and get the ball to open shooters. He also can initiate offense and make the right reads in pick and roll actions- making him a true combo guard.
Sam Wright 6’9 PF/C (2023)–Spain Park
Wright is a modern big man who can stretch the floor and play in space or use his size to dominate the interior. With great size and hands, Wright can be a catalyst of an offense from the post. He operates in the post with patience, balance, and efficiency in his movements- he constantly uses his up fakes and steps throughs to draw fouls, get defenders off their feet, and get wide-open looks at the basket. Wright also shows tremendous value as a roll man and cutter. As a shooter, Wright is consistent from the corner and can play alongside a traditional big and be effective.

Sheldon Williams 6’6 SG/SF 2023 Escambia County
Williams is a dynamic scorer who wants smoke with any of the top guys in the state. With size, athleticism, and skill, he’s amongst the elite shot-creators in the state. With a killer first step, smooth handles, and nice touch in the mid-range- Willams can simply dominate his opponents when he gets in his zone. In addition to his isolation scoring, Williams is dominant in the mid-post, where he can beat defenders to the nail, spin his way out of trouble, or shoot over the top. Lastly, Williams is a high-level athlete that can play above the rim and is a threat to put someone on a poster as a lob finisher, offensive rebounder, or dribble penetrator.
