Take a look at the 15U Gamechangers from the A-Town Showdown this past weekend in Atlanta.
Micah Hines, Elite Playmakers 2025
Hines kicks off the gamechangers from A-Town Showdown with his ability to affect the game on both ends of the floor. He didn’t hesitate to be their first line of defense when opponents touched the paint area with his ability to stop the ball and block shots. Offensively, he looked to make plays off the bounce for himself and others to make things happen as they went unbeaten on the weekend at 4-0. As he learns to be an extension of the coach, his ceiling is a high one.
Kendrick Johnson Kendrick Johnson 6'2" | CG Piedmont Classical | 2025 State NC , Underrated Athletes 2025
Johnson is another gamechanger that did a masterful job of finding teammates in space to make things happen. He showed he could get to his spots and finish on all three levels with ease but it was his ability to get his shooters involved that allowed them to go unbeaten at 4-0 in the A-Town Showdown. He’s a high IQ guard that makes the game easy with his decision making.
Keymond Maze, Elite Playmakers 2025
Maze was one of two prospects in the Elite Playmakers 2025 rotation that changed the game with his ability to shoot the ball, as he showed this past weekend. He showed he could find his spots in the open space and in the halfcourt without the ball to find a rhythm and get the offense going with his ability. He was one guard that was fun to watch with EP.
Landon Duncan, Elite Playmakers 2025
Duncan was the other prospect in the Elite Playmakers 2025 rotation that showed off his prowess on the perimeter as a gamechanger. He was more of an active threat moving without the ball, but was effective nonetheless at showing his range and efficiency from deep this past weekend as another offensive threat that saw success as a gamechanger.
Jermaine Frederick Jr., Stampede Elite 2025
Frederick was quite the gamechanger for Stampede Elite this past weekend, especially on the defensive front. He was a catalyst in a few games for them this weekend as they split their schedule of games at 2-2. His quickness and ability to force turnovers was hard to deny at the A-Town Showdown.
Jayden Preston, Calumet City Thoroughbreds
Preston was an impactful gamechanger with his ability to run the show and get his teammates involved for the Calumet City Thoroughbreds. He showed he could stay involved in the scoring while getting his big man touches in the paint to keep him going as they went 2-2 on the weekend.
EJ Horton, Lakeland Spartans Select
Horton’s game-changing presence was greatly missed due to injury in their final game but when he was on the floor, good things tended to happen. His second half outburst in their double overtime victory was quite game-changing as he showed he could work well in the midrange area to make things go for his squad.
Toby Lane, Lakeland Spartans Select (2026)
Lane was another floor general who was masterful at running the show for his squad as they went 3-1 on the weekend. He didn’t show any signs of faltering despite being a 2026 prospect playing on the 15U stage with his fundamentals and IQ for playmaking in the pick and roll game. He’s going to be fun to watch for years to come.
Cam Williams Cam Williams 5'10" | PG Smith Station | 2025 State AL , Auburn Raptors 2025
Williams was quite the fast-starting gamechanger for the Auburn Raptors 2025 as a defender and scorer. He showed he could create turnovers and fastbreak opportunities while also showing off his shooting stroke and ability to create on all three levels off the bounce. He’s a lightning-quick guard to keeps eyes on in the region.
Raylen Jones, Pride Roc 2025 Bynum
Jones is an electric guard that showed off his ability to keep his team in games with his ability off the bounce and to knock down shots in the paint area. He was a quick threat that got to his spots and made things happen with his speed on both ends of the floor.
