The 2025 Palmetto State Rankings came out yesterday with a UPDATED list of players. This list included 107 players from here in the State of South Carolina. Who were some players that made a move upward? Prep Hoops is source for all the latest in the Palmetto State all year long.

[player_tooltip player_id="1354733" first="Gage" last="Dicks"] - Carolina Shockers - Barnwell HS - #34 to #19

Gage is coming a solid spring Grassroots season with the Carolina Shockers. Dicks plays down in Barnwell County for the Warhorses and Head Coach Marcus Rivera (actually coach of Shockers also). Dicks is a very confident shooter from behind the arc and really looks to score majority of his points from here.

[player_tooltip player_id="1360540" first="Keenan" last="Arcega-Whiteside"] - [program_tooltip program_id='2078755' first='Upward' last='Stars Upstate'] - Dorman HS - #44 to #25

Keenan has waited his turn and should really see some good minutes this coming season for the Cavaliers. Arcega-Whiteside older brother played at Stanford as a football wide receiver and is currently in the NFL. Keenan is a very versatile player and really looks to clean up on the glass at times with his constant activity. He has a good upside and a great nose for the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id="1419747" first="Daniel" last="Hutto"] - BFG Bulldogs - Walhalla HS - #60 to #27

Who is this player from the Northwestern corner of the Palmetto State? Daniel plays a bit off the grid up for the Razorbacks. Prep Hoops got a glimpse of this young man this spring at the Ashton Arnold Memorial Tourney in Greenville. Hutto a left-handed forward moves around the floor very well for his size. Daniel can step-out as a stretch four and knockdown the jumper when not posting up with his back to the basket.

[player_tooltip player_id="1423863" first="Zeke" last="Marshall"] - [program_tooltip program_id='2078752' first='Upward' last='Stars'] Fagan 16U - Westside HS (Anderson)

Zeke plays up an age group with this [program_tooltip program_id='2078752' first='Upward' last='Stars'] Fagan 16U squad. Marshall really plays the game very aggressive for his age. Zeke rebounds the ball well outside of his area and does a good job of staying active away from the ball. He plays defensive back in the fall for the Rams football team.
