The 2025 rankings update is finally here with a little over 90 players in the release. New additions to the rankings are always intriguing as they shake up the board. Here are the top newcomers in the 2025 rankings update.

Brandon Russell Brandon Russell 6'4" | CG Pennington | 2025 State NJ , 6’4 CG Pennington

Russell is the highest newcomer as he checks in at 19. The 6’4 guard is at his best attacking the basket as he uses his strong frame to finish through contact around the rim. Russell is more than just a slasher as he can also score in the mid-range and has a nice release on his jumper. He has a nice handle and moves well without the ball in his hands. Russell’s ability to do a variety of things on the offensive end is something that will help his stock in a big way this summer.

Peyton Miller Peyton Miller 5'11" | PG St. Peter's Prep | 2025 State NJ , 5’11 PG St. Peter’s Prep

Miller is a crafty floor general who is dynamic with the ball in his hands. The 5’11 guard has a tight handle, which he uses to blow by defenders in the half court and finish in a variety of ways around the basket. Miller changes speeds exceptionally well,
