Maddox Huff Maddox Huff 6'3" | PG Harlan County | 2025 State KY , Harlan County – Huff has been thriving for Harlan County after the transfer of Trent Noah Trent Noah 6'7" | SF Harlan County | 2024 State #139 Nation KY to North Laurel. Maddox has become the main scoring option for the Black Bears and he’s responded by scoring 30+ in multiple games this summer. The point guard thrives in the pick and roll game and has excelled at reading the defense when he comes off screens.
Isaiah Cochran Isaiah Cochran 6'6" | SF Adair County | 2025 State #383 Nation KY , Collins – Cochran has the physical gifts that most in this class lack as he’s 6’6 and still growing with pretty good athleticism and length. The catch is that teams wouldn’t bother to guard Isaiah outside of 12 feet last season. That will have to change for opponents as Isaiah is showing an improved outside shot and the confidence to catch and shoot or attack off the dribble and shoot pull up jumpers.
Lawson Rice Lawson Rice 6'6" | PF Butler County | 2025 State KY , Butler County – Rice has the physical tools and motor that few in this class possess at this state. He’s only about 6’5 but Rice is a good leaper and is not afraid to mix it up and get physical on both ends of the court. If Lawson doesn’t grow, he’ll need to transition to the wing but right now he’s a matchup problem for many of his opponents.
Griffen Derry Griffen Derry 6'3" | SG Dixie Heights | 2025 State KY , Dixie Heights – Derry was a late addition to the rankings in the past and will surely move way up in the next update as he’s had a big spring of AAU where he has shown he can score the ball at a high level. Griffen had one of the most impressive games of the state tournament when he scored over 40 points against Power Circle and nearly carried his team to a win.
