Along with raising money for cancer research, this Junior Exposure Series had some exciting young players in the building who were looking for an opportunity to put their name on the map. Here were a few guys who need to be on your radar this season:
Ben Rill Ben Rill 6'8" | PF Central York | 2025 State PA -F-2025-Westtown School
Ben is a 6’8, 195 pound forward who has good footwork and soft hands. Ben’s length allows him to guard every position. Offensively, he is strong going left and has a nice touch around the basket. Defensively, Ben reads and reacts on a high level and communicates with his teammates. Rebounding is efficient on both sides of the ball. Overall, if Ben continues working on perimeter shooting and upper body strength, he will definitely be able to contribute in a D1 program.
Christopher Meakin Christopher Meakin 6'7" | PF Littlestown | 2024 State PA -F-2024-Littlestown Area High School
Christopher is a 6’7, 195 pound wing who who can play the 2-5 positions. Offensively, he can knock down perimeter shots or finish at the basket. His ball handling is under control, and he uses his body to create space for finishing plays. Defensively, Chris runs the floor, hustles, and rebounds. His length and athleticism allows him to cover every position. If he continues to work on ball handling and lateral quickness, he will be able to contribute in a D1 program.
Kai Strynn-G-2025-York Suburban High School
Kai is a 6’2, 165 pound guard who is a knock down shooter. He is very efficient around the perimeter. Kai is unselfish and plays within his boundaries. He handles the ball well and is always looking to make the correct basketball play. On the defensive side, he is a solid a defender, he will compete, and does what the coach ask him to do. If Kai continues working on upper body strength and ball handling, he could be a good asset for a D1-D2 program. .
Taj Odhiambo-G-2022-Academy of the New Church Secondary School
Taj is a 6’0, 190 pound combo guard who is exciting to watch. He is a scorer and a competitor. Offensively, he has a nice layup package and is almost automatic in the mid range. His ball handling allows him to create and get to any spot that he chooses. Defensively he has a strong upper body, plays the passing lane, and keeps his opponent in front of him. Taj also does well getting to the boards on the offense and defensive side. D1 and D2 programs should really put this player on their radar.
Carter Wamsley Carter Wamsley 6'7" | PF Eastern York | 2025 State PA -F-2025-Eastern York High School
Carter is a 6’6, 205 pound forward that is agile and runs the floor. He has good size and length, and he uses that to rebound and play defense. Offensively, Carter has soft hands and can finish around the basket. Carter is still growing and learning the game quickly. He will compete, and if he continues to work on ball handling and perimeter shooting, he could be looking at some D1-D2 offers in the near future.
Ben Natal Ben Natal 6'2" | PG Central York | 2025 State PA -G-2025-Central High School York PA
Ben is a 6’1, 160 pound combo guard with a smooth but efficient game style. Offensively he can hit perimeter shots and finish in traffic with a his soft touch. Ben plays under control and is smart with the basketball. He sees the floor well and doesn’t turn the ball over. On the defensive side, he is active in the passing lane and can play solid man-to-man defense. If Ben continues working on upper body strength, he will be a nice prospect for a D1-D2 school.
