Antwan Burns-Jones Antwan Burns-Jones 6'2" | SG Catholic Memorial | 2023 State WI – 2023 – CG – MTXE
Forgot how good this kid is. Burns-Jones is going to climb back up the rankings after what he did in Fort Wayne. He’s a bit of a tweener, but the explosion on the ball and two-way ability should make college programs overlook that. The 6-foot-2 combo guard has some exciting handles and can shake defenders in the half court. Burns-Jones gets downhill with limited dribbles and just has a unique ability to fool defenders with spin moves, head fakes, hesitation dribbles, etc. The passing was what really stood out. Burns-Jones and whip the ball crosscourt with one hand to find a shooter, deliver no-look and behind the back passes in the paint, and just bail himself out of trouble by finding an open man when it looks like he’s about to commit a turnover.

Devin Brown Devin Brown 6'7" | PF Milwaukee Academy Of Science | 2025 State #196 Nation WI – 2025 – F – Power 5
Like this prospect a lot and enough people aren’t talking about him in Wisconsin’s loaded 2025 class. The 6-foot-6 forward is a junkyard dog with a very high motor. A plus-length, strong, and athletic prospect Brown can live on scraps by just busting his butt up and down the floor, attacking the offensive glass, and finishing around the rim off dribble-drives. Brown can post up a little bit too if given the opportunity. The Milwaukee Academy of Science freshman was just a momentum changer all weekend with his highlight plays above the rim on both ends of the floor. If his flashes of skill catch up…watch out.
Keaton Frisch Keaton Frisch 6'7" | SF Waunakee | 2024 State WI – 2024 – F – Wisconsin Playground Club
This kid is becoming a problem and very well might sneak up on the state next season. Frisch is a very intriguing prospect at 6-foot-6. He’s a bouncy combo forward that explodes off the ground. There’s also some very intriguing positional versatility on both ends. Frisch handles the ball, can slash from the high post, scores with his back to the basket, and attacks the offensive glass. Defensively, you don’t mind if he gets caught up in a switch on a guard. Frisch can move his feet and challenge shots by walling up without fouling. Frisch has a lot of upside and given his lanky build, has barely started to grow into his body yet, which is even more exciting.

Ben Goedheer Ben Goedheer 6'6" | PF Catholic Memorial | 2023 State WI – 2023 – PF – MTXE Premier
First chance to see Goedheer. The 6-foot-6 forward comes off the bench and does some nice things for MTXE Premier. A strong and long lefty, Goedheer shot it really well from 3-point range. He’s also very good at scoring over his right shoulder and stays patient until the defender gives him a window. Goedheer can run the floor as well and pick up some easy buckets or clean up transition misses. Like his 1-on-1 post defense as well. Goedheer plays with a wide base and doesn’t let people just back him down. Looks like some solid value for at the Division 3 level.
Sean Hansen Sean Hansen 5'11" | PG Appleton North | 2025 WI – 2025 – G – Wisconsin Playground Club
Didn’t see Hansen play during the high school season for Appleton North, but he’s going to be a big player in that program, perhaps as soon as next season. A tenacious on-ball defender, Hansen just gets after it, doesn’t yield an inch up the floor, and challenges people for 94 feet. Hansen created a ton of havoc this weekend with his pressure defense. Also a skilled guard, Hansen has break-you-down ability on the ball, gets into the paint, and can manipulate defenders with his eyes, setting up easy dump down passes.
Jaquan Johnson Jaquan Johnson 5'10" | PG Pius XI | 2024 State WI – 2024 – PG – Wisconsin Playground Club
I don’t care about the size (5-9) or his build anymore. If I’m a mid-major program, and he’s a fit on and off the floor, I’m not hesitating on Johnson. The way Johnson can dictate a game and how he’s dominated competition nationally over the last year is enough for me. Johnson is the type of point guard that you let him go and do his thing. He’s so dynamic in the open floor, able to control a game as a scorer or a facilitator. The Pius XI star is a fearless competitor that gets even better when others around him play well. Johnson probably won’t rise in the rankings, but I’m going to have a hard time dropping him over the next year given what he’s now done on the AAU circuit.
Simeon Murchison Simeon Murchison 6'9" | PF Milwaukee Bay View | 2023 State WI – 2023 – F/C – Team Haliburton
Still a long way to go here, but really like Murchison defensively. The 6-foot-9 forward is a long and strong prospect that knows how to defend the paint. Think his 1-on-1 post defense is improving. He’s always been a talented shot blocker, but he’s now starting to play with a wide base and not let opponents back him down. Offensively, Murchison is still very raw. He’s going to do most of his damage feeding off dribble penetration or on the glass, but there’s measurables here and even some toughness that you can’t teach.
Aaron Womack Aaron Womack 6'3" | SF Dominican | 2025 State #228 Nation WI – 2025 – SF – Team Haliburton
Think Womack did enough to secure a top 10 spot in the first class of 2025 rankings. He’s still pretty raw, but there were some really good flashes. The Dominican freshman is a 6-foot-5 wing with some added length. There’s mismatch nightmare potential when you consider his ability to handle the ball and shoot off the dribble. Womack also has extended range from beyond the arc and a smooth stroke, knocking in shots with a hand in his face.
