Wes Enis Wes Enis 6'2" | SG Miami East | 2024 OH , 6’2 SG Miami East 2024 Dayton Elite 16 U: Enis is a skilled scorer who does a nice job of drawing two defenders and using his scoring talent to create looks for open teammates. Enis is the most capable guy to get his own look on his team and uses a variety of dribble moves and hesitations to get where he needs to. Enis is a limited athlete but has a knack for scoring the basketball both at the rim and with his jump-shot. Enis will debut in the 2024 rankings when they are updated after the summer grassroots season ends.
Ace Buckner Ace Buckner 6'1" | PG La Lumiere | 2024 #195 Nation IN , 6’1 PG Saint Ignatius 2024 OBC 16 U: Buckner was on another level on Saturday, putting in the performance of the day in my eyes. Buckner was using his impressive change of pace to get whatever he wanted and had the defense scrambling with every move. When you see a Division I level talent like Buckner, it’s easy to just appreciate the talent that he has and watch him dominate. Buckner is a prospect you need to know about in the 2024 class from northeast Ohio.
Dallas Tucker Dallas Tucker 5'11" | PG Westerville Central | 2024 State OH , 5’11 PG Westerville Central 2024 OBC 16 U: Tucker was Buckner’s running mate in the backcourt as OBC had a great day here at the Grit Region Memorial Classic. Tucker is a creative point guard who looks to use the dribble drive game to get his offense going. I liked the spin moves and crossovers that Tucker used to create space and collapse the defense. Westerville Central is a sleeper squad next season in central Ohio and Tucker taking that next step would be huge for the Warhawks.
Caden Kruse Caden Kruse 6'6" | PF Napoleon | 2024 State OH , 6’5 PF Napoleon 2024 Hopson Elite 16 U: Kruse once again had a huge impact for Hopson Elite, with a big second half scoring surge. Kruse is a skilled power forward who had a couple nice stretches where he showed off his ability to put the ball on the floor, shoot the jumper and finish around the rim. Kruse won’t blow you away with speed or athleticism, but he plays smart with the ball in his hands and is efficient with the shots he takes.
