Will Starks Will Starks 6'4" | SF Kenosha Tremper | 2023 State WI — F
Starks is a prospect that college programs are beginning to take note of. The physical forward is simply a dominant rebounder that uses his fast second jump to grab boards on both ends of the court. Starks has also proven to be a very effective slasher, as he can use his strength to muscle through contact and finish layups.
Jamisen Young Jamisen Young 6'0" | PG Sunrise Christian Academy | 2023 KS — PG
Young is one of the fastest prospects that I have had the pleasure of covering. In the open court, he is blazing fast. The point guard pairs this speed with phenomenal ball-handling skills. Young is also really talented as a passer and scorer. With a full month still left in the spring evaluation period, look for Young to have some stellar performances and earn college interest.
Wyatt Anderson Wyatt Anderson 6'5" | PF Westosha Central | 2023 WI — F
Anderson is the type of prospect that has no problem doing all of the dirty work. He is a very good rebounder on both ends. He does a phenomenal job of boxing out the opposing squad’s big men. Anderson is also a great defender who has proven to be difficult to score on. He may never tally huge scoring numbers, but make no mistake, the forward still makes a big impact.
Kaleb Shannon Kaleb Shannon 6'0" | CG The Prairie | 2023 WI — G
Shannon is a very good compliment to the other guards that World Hoops Elite has on its roster. Shannon is a talented scorer who has a knack for getting mid-range jump shots to fall. With the ball in his hands, Shannon has a quick first step which he uses to blow by his defender. I am keeping my eye on this guard going forward.
Deven Jiles — W
Jiles is a versatile prospect that can play multiple positions. He is comfortable playing on the perimeter or assuming the role of the big man. Jiles has a solid back to the basket game and is also gritty as a rebounder. Because he is able to do a little bit of everything, Jiles is an intriguing prospect that colleges should keep tabs on.
Peter Stapleton — PF
Stapleton is a smooth shooter from the mid-range. When he is able to get to his spots, the power forward doesn’t miss too often. In the paint, Stapleton is also dangerous. He can finish layups well with either hand and has also shown an ability to snatch offensive boards. I like Stapleton’s overall game.
Evan Moherek Evan Moherek 6'0" | PG St. Catherine’s | 2023 WI — G
Moherek is a very smart basketball player that always seems to make the right play. Whether that be passing up a shot to find an open teammate, or making a crafty play on the defensive end, the guard uses his high basketball IQ to find success on the court. Moherek is also a dangerous shooter that is almost automatic from deep when left open.
