Roman Haueter 5’11 2024 SG of Westlake HS Utah. Salt Lake Rebels 16U
He had good all-around play; doing some ball handling in the open court. The lefty had a few transition layups running the court. He’s most effective spotting up behind the 3pt line where he made catch 3’s in the corner. He takes it to the basket pretty strong.
Kamari King 5’10 2025 PG of Birmingham Charter HS SoCal Cali Elite Jason 16
A fast and speedy guard hard-to-stay-in front of in the open court. He pushes and passes up. He’s shifty with okay passing. He’s still learning how to run the point, but he’s going in the right direction. He’s got the quick burst to get into the paint, he’s got a floater, and a decent mid-range jumper. He has good foot speed to stay in front of fast ball handlers.
Paxton Naegle 6’4 2025 F of Corner Canyon HS Utah. Salt Lake Rebels 15U.
He wears a size 17 shoe at age 15. It’s safe to say he has more growing to do. He has good fundamentals and moves pretty well up and down the court, and in the post area. He’s a good size player with a drop step, and a paint jumper. He powers up off two feet, and boxes his man out before getting his rebounds. He’s a good passer and runs the middle of the court.
Giovanni Ofoegbu 6’2 2025 G/F of Long Beach Polytechnic HS. Cooper Academy/Real Run 15/16.
An muscular athletic wing player with good attempts at finishing on the drive. He sliced, and cut to the basket. He takes it strong off the dribble with a good spin move, and plays well off two feet in the paint. He has good bounce going after rebounds, and will challenge bigger players in the paint.
Cole Roberts Cole Roberts 6'1" | CG Cedar Valley | 2023 State UT 6’0 2023 CG of Cedar Valley HS Utah. Salt Lake Rebels 17U Black.
He plays a balanced game. A good floor runner who can handle in transition or fill the lanes and look for his shot. He’ll hit 3’s from the corner on the catch and his mid-range shot in transition goes down.
Lincoln Roberts 6’0 CG of Cedar Valley HS Utah. Salt Lake Rebels 17U Black.
He has good fundamentals, runs the court, he handles and passes well in open court. He moves without the ball cutting and looking for open spots to shoot 3’s or hit the mid-range jumper off the dribble. He’ll get into the paint.
John Rosevear John Rosevear 6'1" | PG Cottonwood | 2025 State UT 6’1 2025 SG of Brighton HS Utah. Salt Lake Rebels 15U
We thought he was one of the better shooters in the 15u age group. He stays wide in transition, heads to open spaces or the corner. He’s locked and loaded to knock down 3’s if open. He handles okay, and can take it strong to the basket in transition and along the baseline.
Jalyn Talbert 6’2 2024 SG of Citrus Hill HS CA. Cali Elite Jason 16.
A strong body guard who has a good cross-over dribble on the initial attack. He was successful getting into the paint, but he’ll have to convert more often. He’s a good rebounder at the 16u level. He did a good job defending in the post, and on the perimeter.
Cameron Taylor 5’10 2023 PG of Elsinor HS, CA. Cali Elite 17.
A fast and speedy point guard in the open court, he made good decisions. He showed patience running the offense in half-court sets. His burst of speed gets him by defenders and into the paint for floaters, and paint jumpers, he can handle the contact on the drive. A good on ball defender.
