Check out the top 15U interior big men that I watched play.
Matt Anders – 2025 – Edwardsburg (MI)
The 6-foot-5 forward was a force inside, swatting away shots with authority and punishing defenders in the post. Anders has a massive frame and a wing span that allows him to reject anything from the block to the elbow. He showed off soft touch around the rim while going up strong with his body. Tight end on the football field is very physical and will be a strong contributor for Edwardsburg inside.
Brady Goken – 2025 – Wheaton Warrenville South (IL)
6-foot-3, 195-pound forward was one of the strongest players in the event, and used his size to put himself in great position for easy buckets and rebounds. Goken ran the floor well and cleaned up several missed shots for offensive rebounds and subsequent putbacks over the reaching hands of defenders.
Jaquan Stennis Jr. – 2026 – Clintondale (MI)
Stennis, an eighth grader, has tremendous height at 6-foot-6 and used it to tower over the opposition and grab every possible rebound with his long arms. The power five football prospect is an uber-athletic four man on the basketball court who threw down windmills and caught lobs as his Michigan Hurricanes blew out their competition all weekend. Very fast and near impossible to stop when he gets going downhill in transition. Has a soft touch that allows him to push floaters up in the lane over everyone.
Tavion Williams – 2025 – The Factory (IN)
Williams has incredibly soft touch around the rim which allowed him to be one of the leading scorers for The Factory. Williams stepped out and hit multiple threes, but was at his best in the post and in transition. Great spacing on the break and finished well on both sides of the court with floaters and layups. Lengthy guy who runs with long strides and grabs every rebound in the vicinity.
Caden Piening – 2025 – Anderson (OH)
Piening is another power five football prospect who showed out on the hardwood in Indy. He stands at 6-foot-5, 225 pounds, with natural strength inside. He runs well for a big and has tremendous balance. Never seems to fall down and always was strong with the ball. Piening has an array of moves inside and powered through the defense with spin moves and bull-dozing drives all weekend. Smooth finisher at the rim.
Jace Grant – 2025 – Jeffersonville (IN)
Grant is a 6-foot-2 bulldog inside who cleaned up the glass all weekend for Southern Indiana Blaze. Smart post player on offense, used a power dribble efficiently and went up strong to the rim. Stayed straight up on defense and blocked several shots. All-around tough big man inside who was one of the top rebounders I watched on Saturday.
Aiden Brewer – 2025 – Noblesville (IN)
Brewer was as physically shredded as any player I watched all weekend. He used his ripped, 6-foot-4 frame to act a brick wall on defense in the paint. His athleticism allows him to stretch out and guard the wings as well, but he was best on the defensive end in the paint. Offensively, he finished well inside and is a force when running downhill.
