There were 50+ prospects representing states all across the country from Nebraska to Alabama and everywhere in between. Both unsigned high school seniors and second year Junior College products were in attendance. Here are five Indiana-based standouts from the event.
Jaxon Crawford Jaxon Crawford 6'4" | SF Columbia City | 2022 IN (Columbia City H.S. 2022): Crawford showed off his athleticism through Sunday’s unsigned senior showcase at the University of Indianapolis. He’s a 6’5″ forward that is very mobile, crashes the glass hard, and can finish up above the rim.
Darion Davis (Indianapolis Tindley 2022): 6’3″ wing with very good athleticism and a knack for scoring. Davis shot the ball well at Sunday’s showcase and is already well known as an effective driver. Will be a nice late addition for a small college program.
Isaac Liggons (Victory Rock Prep 2022): Liggons, a former George Washington H.S. product who played his senior season at a prep school in Florida, has crazy length and athleticism. He made some catch-and-shoot three-pointers on Sunday as well. Intriguing prospect for a school to take a flier on here late in the process.
Sean Millsaps Sean Millsaps 6'0" | PG Fishers | 2022 IN (Fishers H.S. 2022): Smaller guard but very strong. Millsaps can play through contact off of the bounce, shows some quickness in the open floor, and made several shots from beyond the arc. Coming from a good high school program you know he will be ready to work.
Kasey Ash-Simpson (Hamilton Southeastern H.S. 2022): Small guard that is quick with the ball and gets into the teeth of the defense consistently. Ash-Simpson knocked down some outside shots to along with his playmaking off of the dribble. Could be a small college piece in the backcourt.
