Keaton Wagler, 6’4 G, Team Yobo, 2025: A long and crafty combo with great size already from the guard spot. Has a great notch for scoring at the rim stretching out and using his length to outreach or get the ball over defenders. Wagler is also a really reliable spot up shooter from the wings and corners. A prospect to watch this weekend and throughout the grassroots season, played valuable varsity minutes this year as well. Lots of potential here with his length, shooting ability, and craftiness with the ball in his hands.
Wyatt Lewis Wyatt Lewis 6'2" | CG Aquinas | 2024 State KS , 6’2 G, Mokan Select, 2024: Continues to sizzle this grassroots season as a complete back court player. Quality guard skills finding open guys, pushing the tempo in transition, hitting roll guys, driving and kicking to shooters, and can get himself great opportunities off the dribble or relocating on the perimeter for catch and shoot opportunities. Lewis guards opposing guards really well and stays in front of the dribble.
Spencer Coup Spencer Coup 6'1" | SG Solomon | 2024 State KS , 5’11 G, SSA Elite 2024 Black, 2024: The combo guard has had some nice moments this spring being able to play more off the ball and showcase his catch and shoot abilities. Coup also plays with great toughness on the floor battling for loose balls, crashing for rebounds, and defending at a high clip. Coup is a name to watch for a breakout weekend at the KC Classic in the 2024 class. Quick and compact shot, if he can get going from the perimeter he will catch some eyes.
Mikey Brand Mikey Brand 6'5" | SF Bishop Carroll | 2024 State KS , 6’3 W, Team Dream 2024, 2024 Pitcured: A versatile prospect that can influence games in a variety of ways. His passing ability from multiple areas of the floor leads to a ton of easy shots for teammates, he can step out and knock down a perimeter shot from the corners/wing/top of the key, can use his strong dribble to penetrate and has a high IQ to make the right play against collapsing defenses. Brand is a versatile defender who can guard multiple positions and play styles. Brand could have a take off weekend in Kansas City.
Xavius Kirkwood, 6′ G, Mokan Select 2025, 2025: A 2025 prospect with a load of potential with his skill level and athleticism. Can get himself into a rhythm off the bounce and rise up for smooth jumpers that he can knock down. Operates in traffic comfortably with the ball and gets to his spots. Really solid with his hands on the defensive end getting steals and poking the ball lose. His athleticism gives hi the potential to be a big time transition player and rebounder from the guard spot. Capped off his weekend with a nice dunk to seal the game last time out.
