Tampa Catholic’s Karter Knox Karter Knox 6'6" | SG Tampa Catholic | 2024 #6 Nation GA is at the top spot. Following him are a group of 99 players across the state. You also have prospects in the watch list category. Those are the players I’m looking to highlight.
Here are some of the best….
Ralph Blanc Ralph Blanc 6'5" | SF Mater Lakes | 2024 FL – Mater Lakes Academy
Ralph Blanc Ralph Blanc 6'5" | SF Mater Lakes | 2024 FL is a player that could develop into a solid frontcourt prospect. The 6-foot-5 forward flashed his potential with three double-figure outings. Blanc shot a combined 15-of-29 (52 percent) from the field in those games. His athleticism and length could give him a push as well as more consistency in games. Mater Lakes won 22 games this season and is on the rise in South Florida.
Jeremy Elyzee Jeremy Elyzee 6'6" | SF Flanagan | 2024 State FL – Flanagan
Jeremy Elyzee Jeremy Elyzee 6'6" | SF Flanagan | 2024 State FL is a bargain here. The listed 6-foot-9 forward averaged 13.3 points, 13.2 rebounds, 4.7 blocks and 3.5 steals per game this past season. Elyzee had 20 double-doubles for the Falcons and two triple-doubles. He was 9th in the state in boards per game and 2nd in rejections. Elyzee is a playmaker on all areas of the court. He plays for Vice City United.
Angelo Miranda – Miami Columbus
Angelo Miranda is a with size out of the backcourt. The 6-foot-3 prospect played on one of the best teams in the state in Miami Columbus. The Explorers went 29-2 and won the Class 7A state title. As a freshman, Miranda averaged 6.4 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.9 steals and 1.1 blocks per game. His size and ability to defend has potential. Miranda played in 29 games as a sophomore and scored a season-high seven points against Dillard.
Others to Watch:
Jordan Naylor – Canterbury School of Florida: 6’3/6’4 prospect that averaged 12.9 points and 7.1 boards per game. Naylor also went 36-of-105 (34 percent) from deep.
