Mount Si has an absolutely stacked roster and one of the most important returners is junior to-be, Blake Forrest Blake Forrest 6'0" | PG Mt Si | 2024 State WA . The 5’10” guard is a very solid facilitator, getting the ball to his teammates when open. Forrest is one of the best three point shooters in the class, as he can hit the deep shot from anywhere, off screens or off the dribble. His confidence is through the roof as he’s never scared to pull from deep, or attack the rim. Forrest and fellow junior to-be Trevor Hennig Trevor Hennig 6'4" | SG Mt Si | 2024 State WA could be one of the best backcourts in the state.
12) Devin Whitten Devin Whitten 6'2" | SG Curtis | 2024 State WA , 6’2, Guard/Wing, Curtis HS
Curtis HS is coming off a state title win, will they be able to go back to back this season? With Zoom Diallo Zoom Diallo 6'4" | PG Prolific Prep (CA) | 2024 #19 Nation CA-N and Tyce Paulsen Tyce Paulsen 6'5" | SG Curtis | 2023 State WA returning alongside Whitten, they have a very good chance. Whitten is a stud deep shooter. Knocking down the three, from anywhere. One thing that stands out to me is his quick hands on defense, as well as his ability to finish through traffic, attacking the rim no matter who is in front of him.
13) Noel “Bud” Davis, 5’10”, Guard, O’Dea HS
Davis is extremely crafty with the ball, as if he has it on a string. His ability to dribble through traffic and get around defenders is outstanding. He has a very solid three point shot, being able to come off a screen, pull up from 3/4 feet behind the three point line. Davis is able to sneak passes through tight spaces that most can’t, and that’s what sets him apart from others. He could easily climb into the top 5-10 when we update these rankings.
14) Zaveon Jones Zaveon Jones 6'2" | SF Mountlake Terrace | 2024 State WA , 6’3”, Guard/Wing, Mountlake Terrance HS
Zaveon is one of those players who plays with all his heart. He gives 110% every time he steps on the court. Jones loves contact on the court. He seeks contact on the court whereas others avoid it. His ability to finish in traffic is phenomenal as well, as he can finish through 3 defenders and still get the bucket for the and-1. Zaveon is a very solid passer, finding his teammates when open. Given the fact he enjoys contact, Jones has a very steady shot from the free throw line, as he gets to the line a lot. He’s the perfect “glue guy” that every team needs to have on their roster.
15) Ray Adams Ray Adams 6'7" | SF North Thurston | 2024 State WA , 6’5”, Post/Wing, North Thurston HS
Adams has amazing potential on the court. Given his 6’5” frame, his wingspan is incredible. He’s able to block shots and passing lanes with ease, and is only improving. He plays the game with a very high IQ and is very fluid on the court. Ray has good ball skills and his offensive game is only improving as well. He has possibly the most upside from a player in this class.
