Ben Hammond Ben Hammond 5'10" | PG Paul VI | 2024 State #143 Nation VA | Team Takeover/Paul VI (VA)
Hammond gained valuable experience during his sophomore year at PVI. He became a key player in Coach Farello’s rotation while making plays on both ends of the floor. That trend has continued for Hammond with Team Takeover. Right now he is looking like a no-brainer scholarship prospect at the lead guard spot.
Acaden Lewis Acaden Lewis 6'2" | PG Sidwell Friends | 2025 State #149 Nation MD | Team Melo/St. John’s (DC)
Lewis is coming into his own this spring after a promising sophomore season at SJC. He was a steady producer during Melo’s run to the championship at Pitt Jam Fest. Lewis is a skilled lefty guard who is a safe bet to command the attention of college coaches looking to recruit the 2024 class this summer.
Chance Mallory Chance Mallory 5'10" | PG St. Anne's Belfield | 2025 State #73 Nation VA | Team Thrill/St. Anne’s Belfield (VA)
Mallory has not featured yet this spring for Team Thrill, perhaps due to injury, but he’s been making steady noise since he emerged on our radar last year. He was one of STAB’s most valuable players during the season and should continue to be moving forward.
Malchiah Marable Malchiah Marable 6'9" | C Maret | 2024 State MD | DC Premier /Maret (DC)
Marable is one of the better forwards you’ll find locally in 2024. He has the potential to be a walking double-double in the future. One thing that sets Marable apart from his peers is his court vision. You can potentially make him the hub of an offense in part as a result of his his exceptional passing traits.
Chancellor Perkins Chancellor Perkins 6'2" | SG Highland | 2025 State VA | Higher Level/Gar-Field (VA)
Perkins has in the gym range and should be considered one of the more dangerous shooters on this list. His skill base is solid right now with room to grow, and we like his defensive potential as well. Perkins has been quite productive with Higher Level’s 17u squad this spring.

Tavarres Riley Tavarres Riley 6'1" | PG Freedom-Woodbridge | 2024 State VA | Team Durant /Freedom-Woodbridge (VA)
Riley enjoyed a fruitful run of play to close out his sophomore season. He is a bonafide scorer who makes the game look easy when he gets hot. Riley has impressed with Team Durant this spring and should be on the radar of schools looking for a bucket-getter in 2024.
Shamar Sisco Shamar Sisco 5'10" | PG Freedom-Woodbridge | 2024 VA | DC Premier /Freedom-Woodbridge (VA)
Sisco’s stock has been steadily rising since he jumped off the page a couple of seasons ago. He is holding his own on the UAA with DC Premier this spring as their starting point guard. Sisco will never be the biggest player on the court, but he will sometimes make the biggest impact.
Jake Tringone Jake Tringone 6'7" | PF Sandy Spring Friends | 2024 State MD | Global Squad/Sandy Spring (MD)
Tringone is one of the main building blocks for PVAC Champions Sandy Spring. He brings max energy while on the floor at all times and plays with that competitive edge that coaches love to see. There is a lot to like about Tringone’s potential down the road, but he is already a productive player at the high school level.
