#2 Jashiah Saunders (Nike Pro Skills 2025 5’8″)
Saunders showed he is an excellent shooter off the bounce and off the catch when his Nike team calls upon him. Although Jashiah can put up 20 in a heartbeat; he has the ability to play make for his team. His ability to get others involved is often overlooked but it’s a key part of this pro-skills team winning recipe. Saunders is a crafty guard when he has the basketball being able to manipulate it which helps him get to his spots on the court. Jashiah is one of those players you don’t need to call plays for him, he is good enough to just go make a play.
#13 Cooper Laskie (JEB Elite 2025 6’2″)
Cooper is a lights-out shooter the moment he crosses half-court no questions asked. Friday night every time he shot the ball you almost assumed it was going in. In transition, his teammates know to find him spotting up on the wing or corner to finish the play. It’s not too often that you see players using off-ball screens but Laskie does a great job of setting his defenders up and coming off to give him an open look. You will see Cooper create space when he has the ball to see if he likes the open look he gets.
#24 Zayden Best (JEB Elite 2025 5’10”)
Zayden is the modern-day point guard that you see in elite guards nowadays. Those are the guards that can handle point guard and shooting guards’ duties at the same time. Zayden showed he is the primary ball-handler, scorer, and facilitator. He has no issues distributing the ball to his open teammates as well as looking for his own shot. Best has a high IQ and plays at another level on the court and he showed that all weekend with his ability to know when to facilitate and when to take over games with his scoring. He has a really nice form and a good release point with range to put the icing on the cake. When Zayden comes off the pick and roll, he immediately creates space away from the defense to get his shot off. His space creation isn’t with any crazy ball-handling move, it’s with elite footwork that he uses. Best is fun to watch, keep your eye on him.
#33 Caleb Cook (Impact Sports 2025 6’3″)
Cook knows how to play the game and makes it look easy. You might think his specialty is to catch and shoot with how good it looks so don’t fall asleep if you’re the defense. Caleb is a long athletic wing that can make plays without plays being called for him. Once he gets you to bite on his 3-point shot he will be the first one to put the ball on the floor and get to the rim. He scores in a variety of ways, from the 3-point shot to finishing at the rim or just crashing the offensive glass hard he finds a way to get it done.
#10 Kutter Houchin (Impact Sports 2025 5’10”)
A do-it-all type of guy for his team that makes plays on both ends of the floor. You love to see guys who don’t take plays off and find a way to get tired and Kutter is your guy. He can stroke it from the 3 with the best of them, including in transition contested or he can get to the rim and use his toughness to finish through the teeth of the defense. Kutter doesn’t hunt for his shot he looks to get his in the flow of the offense. His hustle and energy are unmatched on the court.
