Alex Byrd | District BC/Mt. Zion (MD) ’24
Byrd was one of our favorite finds from the weekend. He returned from a serious injury just a few weeks ago and is still rounding into form, but asserted himself against Cecil Kirk on Saturday. Byrd posted 13 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, and 2 steals in a win over Cecil Kirk.
Harrison Docanto | Nova 94 Feet/Stone Bridge (VA) ’25
Docanto and his team found themselves trailing by 30 points at halftime on Saturday morning. What impressed most about him and his team is that they did not give up. Docanto had a productive second half and finished the game with 14 points (7/11 FG), 5 rebounds, and 2 assists.
Alejandro Ford | District BC/Undecided ’24
Ford showed that he can contribute in areas outside of the scoring column on Saturday. One of the things he does best is talk while on the court. Ford tallied 5 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals, a block, and a deflection in a win over Cecil Kirk.
Amani Hansberry Amani Hansberry 6'7" | C Mount St. Joseph | 2023 State #52 Nation MD | Team Durant /Mt. St. Joe (MD) ’23
Hansberry’s versatility was on full display in Team Durant ‘s rout over WeR1. The highly touted forward completed several impressive passes to get others open looks, whether in half-court or transition. Hansberry shot 8 of 12 from the field and 2 of 2 from the line on his way to an 18 point, 8-rebound, 5-assist effort.
Jayden Harris Jayden Harris 6'8" | SG Potomac Va | 2023 State VA | Team Durant /Potomac (VA) ’23
It felt like Harris couldn’t miss during that Durant win over We R1. The lefty swingman hit his first three attempts from long range, and both of his attempts from inside the arc. Harris scored 16 efficient points to help his team earn a win.
Troy Henderson | Team Loaded VA/Lancaster (VA) ’25
Henderson, the Northern Neck District Player of the Year in Virginia, reinforced his credentials as a top prospect on Sunday in a win over Team Durant . He went for 22 points, 2 assists, 2 steals, and a block without committing a turnover while commanding a high usage rate.
Neiko Mundey | New World/Undecided ’26
Mundey has all the tools to become a household name in the DMV down the road. A big guard who can score at all three levels, he has unlimited range and sneaky athleticism. Mundey dunked the ball off two feet with one hand on the break, an impressive feat for such a young player. He finished with 18 points, 1 rebound, 3 assists, 1 steal, and 1 deflection in a win over Nova 94 feet on Saturday morning.
Cameron Ward Cameron Ward 6'6" | SF Largo | 2025 State #30 Nation MD | Team Durant /Largo (MD) ’25
Ward cemented himself as the top prospect in Maryland after his brilliant all-around performance on Saturday against Team Loaded. His patience, high basketball IQ, athleticism, and soft shooting touch were on full display along with the physical tools you can’t teach. Ward recorded 14 points, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 steal, 3 blocks, 1 deflection, and took a charge in that contest.
Terrell Webster Terrell Webster 6'3" | PG McKinley Tech | 2023 State MD | TTO National/McKinley Tech (DC) ’23
TTO National found themselves fighting back against Pro Skills DMV on Saturday. Whenever they needed a play, Webster was there to deliver. Whether that meant taking a charge to earn an extra possession, getting others open looks, or manufacturing offense on his own, he was able to complete the task.
Eric Wedge | New World/Undecided ’26
Wedge is building his resume as a potential lockdown defender in the local 2026 class. He is a big guard who is strong at the point of attack and knows how to anticipate. Wedge recorded 14 points (6/7 FG, 2/2 FT), 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 10 steals, and 1 deflection on Saturday morning against Nova 94 feet.
