Tanner Braketa Tanner Braketa 6'1" | PG Ralston Valley | 2025 State #285 Nation CO – B&B Academy
Braketa is quite possibly the most technically advanced freshman on this list, already proving to be a varsity level talent. The 6’ Ralston Valley guard played up with 16u, able to knock down shots in a variety of ways off the dribble, utilizing crossovers, pound dribbles, and behind the back moves to create space on jump shots. Simply put, his offensive toolbox is years ahead of his age. Around the rim, Braketa does well as a finisher in traffic and recognizes help defense early enough to create a kickout pass.
Siraaj Ali Siraaj Ali 5'11" | PG Overland | 2025 State CO – Colorado Chaos
The 5’11 guard out of Overland was on a tear the whole weekend, averaging near 25 points a game. Ali was tasked with the primary ballhandling responsibilities. Ali proved to be a shifty athlete capable of getting by most opponents due to his ability to change speeds on a dime.
Caleb Lukkas – Pro Skills Basketball (PSB)
Lukkas was a dependable scoring and playmaking option for PSB versus the 15u Miners. Standing roughly 6’, Lukkas served as an essential connector in the high post, proving to facilitate teammates and make mid-range jumpers when the defense slacked off.
Alec Roumph – Pro Skills Basketball (PSB)
Capping off his weekend with a 28 point performance, Roumph was exceptional over his four game stretch, averaging 20 points a game. The guard is an elite shooter for his age, while showing potential as a mid-range shooter off the bounce. When Roumph is hot, he does well leveraging opponents out on the perimeter to get into the paint for drives.
Michael Steinbrink – Colorado Premier
Steinbrink was a terror on the perimeter, while also using his shooting gravity to get inside and attack the basket. Transition was an area he made a living, as he moved with urgency on those possessions. Ballhandling is the key for Steinbrink’s long term future, as the guard already possesses a high feel for the defender’s tendencies.
Standing at 6’3, Beldock of Evergreen High put on a dependable double double of 19 points and 11 rebounds through the weekend. He capped his performances with 32 points and 12 rebounds along with a few threes. The big wing has a versatile offensive skillset, allowing him to have a counter for seemingly every situation.
Clyde Love – Colorado Premier
A consistent two-way playmaking threat whether he has the ball or not, Love has been one of the ultimate plug and play guys. An area that he excels at is patience, where he waits to gauge how the defense reacts and makes a smart read soon after.
Drew Yager – Colorado Premier
Yager’s length allows him to be a disruptive, versatile defender while he continues to increase his shooting distance. The forward makes the most of his long arms, tipping away passes and fundamentally contesting drives around the rim. He is an x-factor in clutch moments as he continues to stay composed under pressure.
Scott did well scoring inside by getting low against defenders, ultimately digging into them to create finger rolls. As well, the guard was able to create advantages in the mid-range thanks to his advanced footwork.
