Brady Kennison Brady Kennison 6'0" | CG Thompson Valley | 2024 State CO – Colorado Anarchy 2024
This guard has an outstanding feel for the game. A skilled passer Kennison could find his man through tight windows for kickout threes and layup. He has a solid jump shot but is elite at slipping through defenders and finishing. Brady Kennison Brady Kennison 6'0" | CG Thompson Valley | 2024 State CO is definitely going to bring some college scouts to his Thompson Valley games in the fall.
Tanner Braketa Tanner Braketa 6'1" | PG Ralston Valley | 2025 State #285 Nation CO (2025) – B&B Academy 2024 Black
The freshman guard dominated 16U play last weekend at the #PHSpringKickoff. He had command over the basketball and made all the right reads, but what brings his game to another level is his shooting. Both off the dribble and on the on the catch, he can knock it down. Braketa dropped 20 points in the first half multiple times and knocked down tough shots with a hand in his face. Deceptively quick on defense, Braketa was in the gap on denial and made multiple deflections in every game. Braketa is a name to watch this summer because he is on track to become a scholarship player.
Ryan Dixon Ryan Dixon 6'5" | PF Valor Christian | 2024 State CO – Team Revenge 2024
I didn’t see a single team contain this man in the Golden High School Gym. Ryan Dixon Ryan Dixon 6'5" | PF Valor Christian | 2024 State CO is a true above the rim threat! Long wingspan, he caught multiple off-target lobs and still jammed them. He also already has a strong frame as a Sophomore, and refused to let the other team get an offensive board. Even though he is still raw offensively, he had no trouble finishing and has a short jumper that he can use if he is outside 8-10ft. I look forward to watching him progress because he has enormous potential.
Anthony Medina – Team Revenge 2024
Anthony Medina brings toughness to the guard position that was unique on the #PHSpringKickOff. He was never afraid to truck through defenders and get into the paint. Medina is proficient at sucking the defense in and kicking it out to open shooters. He also is an athletic finisher that can adjust mid-air to slip the ball past taller defenders. With both him and Dixon, Team Revenge 2024 is a team to watch this summer.
Mac Terry Mac Terry 6'4" | CG Rock Canyon | 2024 State CO – CP Magic
As a long guard what stood out about Mac Terry Mac Terry 6'4" | CG Rock Canyon | 2024 State CO , was his ball-handling ability. He never turned the ball over under pressure. Watching his 31-point performance on Sunday. Terry was able to show his wide range of moves to get to the hoop. Even when his defender was able to cut him off, he didn’t have any trouble finishing over the top of him with his proficient floater game. With the three-headed monster of Terry, Gavin Hershberger Gavin Hershberger 5'10" Rock Canyon | 2023 CO , and Aidan Peck Aidan Peck 6'7" | SG Rock Canyon | 2023 CO , Rock Canyon Basketball is going to be a tough matchup for teams next season.
Dominic McLawrence Dominic McLawrence 6'3" | SG Mead | 2024 State CO – State38
Dominic McLawrence Dominic McLawrence 6'3" | SG Mead | 2024 State CO is without a doubt ready for the bigger role he is going to take on next year for Mead High. Mclawrence was the heart of this State38 team, and he brought the energy when his team needed it most either for a block or a charge. I’m interested in seeing Mclawrence showcase his jumpshot in future tournaments. Most of his points were from getting to the rack where he could finish through contact with ease.
