First Team
Ty Glasper Ty Glasper 6'1" | PG Gatlinburg-Pittman | 2025 State TN 6-0 Gatlinburg-Pittman (TN) Another live period event. Another all tournament honor for this Tennessee guard. Kicked off the tournament Friday night with a bang. Scored 16 points in a win over the Quad City Shockers (IA) to open play. Then scooted across town to lead 865 Elite to an easy victory over Team AIA out of Illinois. Set the tone for 865 to finish to a 4-0 record on the weekend. The lefty is a physically advanced lead guard prospect. Equally adept at scoring or finding open teammates. Also was a factor on the defensive end.
Mark Zackery Mark Zackery 6'0" | PG Ben Davis | 2025 State #398 Nation IN 6-0 Indianapolis Ben Davis (IN) Zackery is an absolute wizard with the ball in his hands. One of the better ball handlers I have seen in class of 2025. Flashy but highly efficient. Has excellent court vision and is a willing passer. Was a good kick out passer off penetration (see below) Top notch athlete who is already attracting interest on the gridiron. If it hasn’t happened already. It should happen soon on the hardwood. Especially if he keeps playing like he did this weekend. Winning player who led Team Teague to a 4-0 record for the tourney.
Shane Sims Shane Sims 6'3" | PG Evansville Harrison | 2025 State IN Evansville Harrison (IN) The main beneficiary of Zackery’s dribble drive game was this wing. Sims is an excellent spot up shooter. Gets into the shooting position with ease and little wasted motion. Good footwork also allows him to square up quickly. More than just a shooter however. Good enough ball handler to slide over to the point when needed. Also has an athletic build that gives him plenty size for both backcourt spots already.
Julius Gizzi Julius Gizzi 6'3" | SG New Palestine | 2025 State IN 6-0 New Palestine (IN) Gizzi’s old school throwback game worked well all weekend for D1 Indiana. I was impressed by his grit in a Saturday afternoon victory over Team ISO-Joe. The Arkansas based team got off to fast start and held the lead for most of the game. Gizzi used his stocky but athletic frame to go into post to exploit ISO-Joe’s smaller backcourt. Is physical and not afraid of contact. Followed this up with a 31 point outing on Sunday. Player with a good basketball pedigree. Plays like someone who grew up around the gym.
Thon Bill 6-8 Yorkville Christian (IL) This Illinois post by way of Uganda had an excellent weekend playing up a grade level with ET21 Buckeyes. While his team did not have the best tournament in terms of results. Bill made winning plays throughout the weekend. Has extreme length and is a major factor on the defensive end. On Saturday morning stepped into the passing and went length of the court for a powerful dunk. Will need to refine his offensive game in the next few years. But it is telling of his approach that is he is not only playing up a grade level. But is also having success in doing so. Huge long term potential for this prospect.
Second Team
Hudson Horvath Hudson Horvath 6'1" | PG Park Tudor | 2025 State IN 6-0 North Central-EG10 (IN)
Cedric Horton Cedric Horton 6'4" | SG Richmond | 2025 State #321 Nation IN 6-2 Richmond/Team Teague (IN)
Oskar Kangas 6-5 Iron Mountain (MI)/Wisconsin Crusaders Played with a team from the Hard Work Region. But this skilled forward is from the Upper Peninsula in Michigan.
Aidan Bardic 6-0 Stevenson/Full Package (IL)
Atticus Richmond 6-7 Deerfield/Full Package (IL)
