Dorian Williams Dorian Williams 6'4" | SF Princeton | 2024 State OH (2024) – W 6’4 – Princeton – All-Ohio Red 16u
Williams is a shorter but very stocky and athletic wing. Really nice athlete that shows his strength on both ends of the floor. He has good length to him. He plays the role of being a lockdown defender for red and does a remarkable job at it. I love the amount of energy and effort he puts in on the defensive end of the floor. Is able to get in the opponent’s shorts and lock whoever down. His strength and athleticism allows him to guard almost anyone on the court.
Carson Browne Carson Browne 6'8" | C Elder | 2023 State OH (2023) – F 6’8 – Elder – Mid-Ohio Pumas Gold 17u
Browne played very well in the game I saw against Gold Monarchs on Friday. Caught my eye as he caught a lob dunk and finished it quite easily. Showing off his athleticism and size. He has great height and length. Moves very well allowing him to play inside and out. He has a nice smooth jumper which is something that I love. I also really like his post-game. Has very nice footwork and makes quick moves.
Tabree Beacham (2022) – G 6’0 – Northland – Gold Monarchs 17u
Beacham is an unsigned senior that can go! Puts the ball in the basket with ease and in bunches. Ability to score at all three levels but especially in the midrange. He has a great pull-up game. Very nice touch around the rim. He is also sneaky athletic. He can throw it down. I also love his decision-making with the ball. Always makes the right play and is a very nice passer.
Kyler Daugustino (2022) – G 6’1 – Alexander – Mid-Ohio Pumas Gold 17u
Daugustino is a kid that when he gets hot you have got to feed him. He heated up very quickly in the second half for the Pumas in their game against Gold Monarchs and he became an issue. The kid can flat-out shoot it. Makes defenders pay for giving him any sort of room. He has the ball on a string and runs the Pumas team very well. I really like his mid-range pull-up game. He has a nice build for a guard. Kyler is also sneaky athletic. He can get up and is really quick. Good passer. He played hard the entire overtime game I saw his team plays as well.
Mason Shrout Mason Shrout 6'4" | SF Preble Shawnee | 2024 State OH (2024) – W 6’4 – Preble Shawnee – All-Ohio Red 16u
Shrout is a sniper. Very smooth and silky jumper. His height and very long arms give him the ability to get a shot up whenever he wants to. He is a sharpshooter that can move on both ends well – off the ball on the offensive end and uses his length and lateral quickness well to guard smaller players. He sneaky has some very nice moves as well. This opens up the game for him so much more because he can now attack and get to the basket. Making defenders not be able to crowd on him.
Jeremy Wilson (2024) – W 6’5 – Solon – Smac Akron 16u
Wilson is a very raw prospect I really like. The kid has very nice athleticism and build. Very long and has great height. This allows him to be able to guard any position on the court. He has great bounce, lateral quickness, and strength. A strong kid that can play inside and out.
Mohamed Mohamoud Mohamed Mohamoud 6'8" | C Westerville South | 2022 State OH (2022) – F/C 6’8 – Westerville South – Gold Monarchs 17u
Mohamoud is another unsigned 2022 that I think would fit some schools very nicely. He is 6’8 with great length that moves very well. Can’t find that anywhere. He has shown off his jumper a little bit so far this weekend. Has nice touch around the rim and is a nice rim protector on the other end. He can pressure other bigs and stretch forwards on the permitter and has the ability to switch ball screens and stay in front of guards. Used his length to get multiple blocks and rebounds.
