My top guard from this weekend. He was “the Glove” jr this weekend locking up everyone he guarded. Rarely out of position he stays in the passing lanes coming away with a lot of steals in the game I watched. His on-ball defense is even better causing the ball handler problems every time he defended them. On the offensive end hold his own, handles the ball very well, and as lead guard sets up plays and runs the offense. Getting to the bucket will be better as the time comes along and shooting as well. Very smart player and selective with his shot. A great team player and can tell his teammates like to play with him.

The offensive counter punch to his teammate Obieke, the kid can score and will get better with time. Nice ball-handling skills help him get to the bucket where he can finish with both hands. Has a nice smooth jumper that he can hit from deep and mid-range. Plays very aggressively on the offense side finding his shot or looking for teammates. Nice size already will only get more mass to battle in the middle and keep up on the defensive end. Footwork can be better but has the tools to pull it together and be even better on the defensive end. Has plenty of upside and will continue to grow if stay on this path.

Very physical guard with some bounce to him, who can also knock down an outside shot. He is short and stocky with some speed makes it easy for him to get past players and when at the rack he’s able to bounce off big defenders and finish with either hand. His type of play is going to have him living at the free-throw stripe for years to come. Has a very high IQ already for his age. Defensively he is a pest able to keep up with bodies in front of him and not be moved from his position.

Nice long young athletic guard. He’s able to get to the rack with his length and wingspan. Didn’t hit a three in this game I saw but has a nice shooting form and is capable of knocking down an outside shot. He is nice around the rim and able to finish at the hoop. Has the potential to be lethal from the defensive end with his length and size. Once he put on a little more mass many won’t be able to stop him so has a lot to look forward to.

A very good guard with a lot of leadership already displayed in his young career. A floor leader that directed the coaches’ plays on the court and puts the players in the right position. A very good passer dribbles with his head up always looking for the right pass to make to his teammates in an open position. Does get to the hole easy with nice footwork jumping off the one or two. Can finish with both hands. Can knock down a long-distance shot too. Has plenty of upside to become a great floor general on the floor, and has a good IQ of the game.

Very long athletic guard. Gets to the bucket very easily with his arm length able to launch from a greater distance. Has a nice shooting form. Gets rebounds for his size. He is very good on defense keeping up quick guards on the perimeter and meeting them at the bucket. More mass with help in the long run with how hard he drives to the basket. Has a nice layup package. A student of the game can tell he studies. Need to work on the turnovers and effect all the time on the court.
