Impact Basketball 17U Batke: AAU Rundown

<p>This is a talented and young group of basketball players. All but one of the players on this squad are currently sophomores. However, they have many of the top Class B players on their roster and I expect them to compete. This Impact team has many shooters and exciting offensive players that will put of plenty of points. They are also an athletic group that will work hard on the defensive side of the ball.</p> <p>Expect Impact to get up and down and play fast. Defensively they will be aggressive because they do not have a ton of size compared to some AAU teams. All their players can shoot at a high level, which will make it tough for the opposing teams to key on certain individuals. Wick is smart with good court vision. He is a 3-level scorer that can drill it from deep</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1138817" first="Talan" last="Batke"] (2023) |6-0 G| Hazen</strong> - He is a top-level 3-point shooter with deep range. Batke has improved on his all-around scoring in the past year. Talan had a productive high school season with 18.0 ppg, 4.3 rpg, 2.2 apg, and 2 spg.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1322213" first="Rylen" last="Wick"] (2024) |6-4 G/F| Medina-Pingree/Buchanan </strong>- He is a physical player. Rylen is a very good rebounder. He shoots the ball at a high level. Wick will also do a nice job rebounding the basketball. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1144931" first="Bishop" last="Duffield"] (2024) |6-1 G| Bowman County</strong> - On defense he is a physical defender. On offense, Bishop is a scorer that can get hot from 3-point land. Duffield helped lead his team to the State Tournament this season.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1144932" first="Bohden" last="Duffield"] (2024) |6-1 G| Bowman County</strong> - He was 2nd Team All-State this season &amp; he helped his squad get to State. Bohden is a cold-blooded scorer that can light it up from deep. Impressive stats this season with 20.5 ppg, 5.5 rpg, 3.5 apg, and 3.0 spg.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1324683" first="Dane" last="Hagler"] (2024) |6-4 SG| North Star</strong> - He is a gifted athlete with length. Hagler plays at a high level in all aspects of the game. Dane is a smart player that can do it all. He is a pure scorer that can finish above the rim, score from the outside, and drop dimes. Impressive stats this season 20.5 ppg, 6 rpg, 3 spg, 51 FG%, and 78 FT%.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1144986" first="Javin" last="Friesz"] (2024) |6-1 G| Flasher </strong></p> <p>He shoots the 3-point shot at a great clip, Javin can light the net on fire. He is a well-rounded player with a high hoops IQ. He is a nice athlete with all the skills. Friesz put up big-time stats this season with 22.2 ppg, 6.7 rpg, and 57 made 3’s.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1144987" first="Weston" last="Zacher"] |6-6 PH| Grant County</strong> - He is a solid post player. Zacher will provide rim-protecting and physical rebounding. He will give Impact an inside scoring punch. Weston can also knock down mid-range jumpers.
