Josh Eli Josh Eli 6'6" | SG Paul VI | 2024 NY , 6’6 G/F Deptford 2023
Eli is a breakout contender for the East Coast Cyclones as he gets the opportunity to showcase his all-around game. The lanky 6’6 wing has a nice release on his jumper and rises up over smaller defenders. Eli is more than just a shooter as he can also beat his defender off the bounce and finish around the rim. He is a strong rebounder and has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor. Eli is a two-way wing who should see his stock rise in May.
Jaylan Hornsby, 6’3 SG Overbrook 2024
Hornsby’s collegiate future will be in the backcourt, but has the potential to play on the wing with his combination of size and athleticism. The 6’3 guard explodes off the floor as he finishes with authority above the rim and is unafraid of drawing contact. Hornsby has a good handle and can find open teammates in the half court. He is a strong defender as he slides his feet and gets deflections. Hornsby is an athletic guard prospect who should continue to make plays for NJ Scholars in May.
Emmanuel Joe-Samuel Emmanuel Joe-Samuel 6'4" | SG Camden | 2025 State #308 Nation NJ , 6’4 SG Paul VI 2025
Joe-Samuel had a strong debut varsity for the Eagles and is looking to carry it over into the spring with Team Final. The 6’4 guard attacks the basket hard and is capable of finishing through contact. Joe-Samuel is more than just a slasher as he has a nice release on his jumper and rarely forces shots in the half court. He has the athleticism to defend multiple positions and is a solid rebounder. Joe-Samuel will be one to watch this spring and summer with his combination of skill, athleticism and size.
Joshua Ingram Joshua Ingram 6'4" | SG St. Joe's Metuchen | 2023 State NJ , 6’3 SG St. Joe’s Metuchen 2023
Ingram will most likely end up in the backcourt at the next level, but has the potential to play on the perimeter. The 6’3 guard has a smooth shooting stroke as he rarely wastes motion and shoots the ball with confidence from distance. Ingram moves exceptionally well off the ball, creating open layups and jumpers for himself. He is an underrated passer and is a solid on-ball defender. Ingram’s ability to catch fire from distance is something that will help his stock in a big way for the NJ Panthers.
Christian Durham, 6’4 SG Clayton 2024
Durham has the potential for a big spring with his ability to score the ball in multiple ways. The 6’4 guard has a good release on his jumper as he shoots with hesitation and can knock down jumpers in bunches. Durham also attacks the basket strong as he can finish above the rim and draw contact in the paint. He plays passing lanes well, creating fast break opportunities for his team. Durham is a skilled shooting guard who could see his stock rise with a big May.
