6’4 Chris Cornish Chris Cornish 6'4" | SF Charlotte | 2024 State FL Guard SWFL Elite 2024
If you didn’t know this explosive rising junior before today, you certainly will now. Cornish had two very productive games finishing with 27 and 24 points. Explosive dunks, effective mid-range shot, rebounding and rim-protecting were all on glorious display. This prospect is capable of hitting behind the arc as well.
Chris is an absolute workhorse and fearless competitor. College coaches need to pay attention early before they miss out on what once was one of South Florida’s best-kept secrets. Expect the Charlotte high stud to continue to burst on the scene during this travel season.
6’2 Jalen Yutzy Guard Liberty Edge 2024
Jalen played a very fundamental game, he was one of the best shooters I’d watched all day. Played great defense, and did all the things that make a coach smile and want to keep him on the floor. He boxed out on every missed shot, never missed a defensive rotation, and lit the nets up from behind the arc.
This 3 and D guard was an anchor for Liberty Edge who had some break-out games today. Looking forward to watching him play tomorrow. With some refinement, he could be a college, capable player.
6’4 Blake Maddox Blake Maddox 6'3" | SF South Fort Myers | 2024 FL Athletes of Influence Guard
Maddox was an absolute beast in the paint today. The 6’4 guard had some incredible highlight dunks that brought the entire gym to its feet. Where Maddox shines when he’s locked in is that he’s a mismatch at the guard position. The physical Rising Junior has an ability to bully his way into the paint and finish around the rim.
This kid is built like a bull. Blake has an efficient 3 ball, can handle the ball in transition and have no issues guarding the 1-4 spots. Blake does a lot of things right, his game continues to evolve. If he continues to work and keep his head straight this prospect will play at the next level.
6’4 Jaden Wolner SWFL elite Guard
The 6’4 Naples guard caught me by surprise. Wolner when in go mode is an absolute killer. Hyper athletic with great bounce, the game I watched he seemingly got to the basket at will.
Adding a consistent 3 ball to his game would blow this prospects stock through the roof. I expect a great outing tomorrow from the 6’4 guard.
2024 6’1 Point Guard 305 Elite
Guillod has a great all around game for a point guard. He distributed the ball well, found the open man when his team mates would cut, but what this 2024 prospect did great was score.
He had the quickest first step I’d seen all weekend just blowing by defenders and finishing at the rim even when contested. He hit a pair of 3s each outing rounding out his game. He was one of the better PG’s I’d watch play all day.
