McCoy holds a few offers from some school in the Pacific Northwest. This season he was really a do it all guard as he managed to play the 1-3 positions for his school as he was needed all over the floor. He was focused and more poised this season than the previous season. McCoy was serviceable as a ball handler and he was excellent as an off-guard. When it came to the SG position McCoy when given time could line it up and make easy work of open looks. At the next level he could also serve as a CG and be used as needed. Really like his positional size for a team at the NAIA level and D2 level. With him winning Academic All-State really bodes well with his ability to get looks at those higher educational institutions.
#22 PH 6’0 G Kaden Cox Kaden Cox 6'0" | SG Ridgeline | 2022 State UT || Ridgeline High School || 2022 ||
While Kaden Cox Kaden Cox 6'0" | SG Ridgeline | 2022 State UT really made some major moves out on the football field he was lights out on the basketball court as well. With a PWO position at Utah State Kaden was wide open when it came to his recruitment in basketball. After some time the dual athlete is headed to BYU to play football. Maybe he will find his way over to the basketball court as a Walk-On that could stretch the floor with his elite shooting. A lot of teams missed out on his talent on the basketball floor.
#23 PH 6’4 CG Noah Moeaki Noah Moeaki 6'4" | CG American Fork | 2022 State UT || American Fork High School || 2022 ||
This kid had a very memorable basketball career that sidelined him but that also allowed him to win state 2 times before his time came to an end. Noah was the missing piece at guard as he used his strength, motor and skill to pitch in on a team that was unselfish this season as the scoring was well spread. Noah will be heading to BYU as well as he will suit up on the football field as he was a big time football recruit and was getting offers from local schools since he was a freshman.
#24 PH 6’11 C Adam Stewart Adam Stewart 6'11" | C RSL Academy | 2022 State UT || RSL Academy || 2022 ||
Adam was a force in the middle and he made sure he protected the rim. With a good touch around the rim he will be a good addition to the right team. He is more of a half-court type of player and with his high academics he could land at an Ivy league school or one that is similar that has a basketball team. Looks like he will be heading to Paris, France for two years before he re-classes to the Class of 2024.
#25 PH 6’1 G Risko Brooks Risko Brooks 6'1" | CG Dixie | 2022 State UT || Dixie High School || 2022 ||
Risko’s season was cut short with an injury that sidelined him half the year as he had a fractured face. With that said he remained poised to play at the next level and he signed with a team that he will be able to get time with right away. Great find for that school as he was a good guard that was a bit under the radar because he played in St. George.
