#1 | Cameron Ward Cameron Ward 6'6" | SF Largo | 2025 State #30 Nation MD | Largo (MD)
As of now, Ward is considered by many to be the top freshman in the area. He enjoyed a productive year at Largo and is proving that he can hold his own on the circuit. Ward double-doubled for Team Durant against Team Loaded at the spring warmup to reinforce his credentials as a top-tier prospect.
#2 | Jeff Exinor Jeff Exinor 6'4" | SF McDonogh | 2025 State #272 Nation MD | McDonogh (MD)
Exinor is a two-sport standout at McDonogh who has drawn rave reviews for his talent and potential on the hardwood. He has all the tools to become a household name in the area before we know it.
#4 | Jalen Rougier-Roane Jalen Rougier-Roane 6'5" | CG Sidwell Friends | 2025 State #142 Nation MD | Sidwell Friends (DC)
Rougier-Roane immediately became an important player for Coach Singletary at Sidwell. He is a difference-maker on both ends in part because he knows how to make winning plays.
#6 | Malik Washington Malik Washington 6'5" | SF Archbishop Spalding | 2025 MD | Spalding (MD)
Washington is another talented two-sport standout who has demonstrated precocious talent on the hardwood. He stepped up for the Cavs in the postseason, an indication that he does not shy away from big moments.
#7 | Jacob Ross Jacob Ross 6'5" | SF Long Island Lutheran | 2025 State #134 Nation NY | Saint James (MD)
Ross was one of the better players at Saint James this season. He plays both ends of the floor and is very versatile in part because of his size.
#11 | Christian Thomas Christian Thomas 6'6" | SF C.E. King | 2025 State #325 Nation TX | SEED (MD)
Thomas dominated his league in Baltimore this season. He put up ridiculous numbers as a freshman and was a no-brainer to be ranked in the top half of our initial list.
#12 | Frank Siaca-Bey Frank Siaca-Bey 6'8" | C Fairfax Christian | 2026 State VA | Georgetown Prep (MD)
Siaca-Bey showed flashes of serious potential during his freshman campaign at Prep. He has the length to be a menacing defender. Siaca-Bey also has a nice skill base that is growing.
#13 | Frankie Mannino Frankie Mannino 6'4" | SF Landon | 2025 State MD | Landon (MD)
Mannino was one of the top freshmen in the IAC. He helps his team control the glass and can score in a myriad of ways.
