So today we will review the Pennsylvania Class of 2025 rankings to reveal five players who used the 2021 “fall ball” events as well as the 2021-22 high school season to increase their recruiting stock.
Below are five southeastern Pennsylvania 2025 stock risers you need to keep an eye on during the Spring 2022 grassroots circuit.
7 to 5… Kevair Kennedy Kevair Kennedy 6'1" | PG Father Judge | 2025 State PA – 5’10” / Father Judge / Team Jacko / Point Guard: It was baptism by fire this season for Kennedy who received heavy minutes early on, then was eventually handed the keys to Judge’s offense. There were some bumps in the road, but overall, Kennedy did an exceptional job this season. He is a floor general with excellent basketball instincts who also spaces the floor with his perimeter shooting (52% on threes). Off the dribble, Kennedy is a skilled drive and kick style distributor. For the season Kennedy averaged 5.7 points and 3 rebounds per game. He tallied a season high 16 points and handed out 6 dimes against St. Joe’s Prep. He also registered 15 points in two contests.
20 to 8… Jaron McKie Jaron McKie 6'2" | SG St. Joseph's Prep | 2025 State #74 Nation PA – 6’3″ / St. Joe’s Prep / Team Jacko / Combo Guard: McKie is the 2025 prospect who had the biggest impact on the Philadelphia Catholic League this season. He is a long and fluid athlete who can run as a point man or shooting guard. McKie is a natural scorer who excels on the fast break because of his speed and ability to finish through contact. In the halfcourt McKie is comfortable directing SJP’s half-court or sliding to the wing and draining triples (45.7% on threes). McKie can score off the bounce as well. This season he averaged 11.3 points (2nd on team) and 4.3 rebounds per game. He recorded a season high 27 points vs. Abraham Lincoln.
NR to 35… Cameron Wallace Cameron Wallace 6'5" | SF Westtown School | 2025 State PA – 6’4” / Great Valley / K-Low Elite / Combo Guard: Wallace posted a Great Valley single game scoring record of 40 points in only his second varsity contest, so he set a ridiculously high bar for his 2021-22 season. Fortunately for GV, Wallace maintained that elevated level of play all season and averaged 24 ppg., 11 rpg., and 2 spg. There is no doubt Wallace can score and rebound, but he is also a vastly underrated playmaker. He is a transition game superstar, who can push the ball for buckets or to distribute to a teammate. In the half-court he can score off the bounce or by cutting to the rim. In addition to his 40-spot, Wallace recorded games of 29 points as well as 26 points. With his size, speed and length, Wallace can defend 1 through 4.
NR to 89… Bryce Rollerson Bryce Rollerson 5'11" | PG Germantown Academy | 2025 State PA – 5’9” / Germantown Academy / Eastern PA Elite / Point Guard: Rollerson’s extraordinary court vision and willingness to play facilitator quickly earned him a spot in Germantown Academy’s talented starting five. Still, Raulerson (7 ppg.) has the basketball IQ to determine when the team needs him to score the ball. He can do so by hitting threes or scoring in transition. His mid-range game showed significant improvement as the season moved along. He registered a career high 14 points (2 threes) against SCHA and posted 13 points vs. Episcopal Academy too. Rollerson is also a solid rebounding guard.
NR to 103… Josiah Hutson Josiah Hutson 5'9" | PG Cheltenham | 2026 State PA – 5’8” / Cheltenham / Hunting Park Warriors / Point Guard: Hutson is a breakout star in southeastern Pennsylvania’s Class of 2025. He is a starter for a Cheltenham squad that went to the District 1-6A championship game and the PIAA state quarterfinals. He is Cheltenham’s primary ball handler which is a great deal of responsibility for a 15-year-old. Hutson is a scoring lead guard with tremendous quickness, elusive handles, and deep range on his jumper (Hit 6 threes against Upper Moreland.). This season Hutson posted multiple 20-point games as well as 14 points, 5 assists, and 5 rebounds vs. Executive Education Charter. As a bonus to his offensive skill set, Hutson is a tenacious on-ball defender
