Bryce Beisner Bryce Beisner 6'7" | PF Beloit | 2024 State KS , 6’6 F, Beloit: One of the most energetic and hard working forwards in the class. Very long and quick twitched in his movements on the floor. Showed to be a premier shot blocked this high school season at Beloit both as a primary and secondary defender. The range and consistency from 3 started to spark and if that carries into the grassroots season look out.
Gus Hawkins Gus Hawkins 6'6" | C Mill Valley | 2024 State KS , 6’6 F, Scott City: Near double double averages on the season out at Scott City, with some more size and athleticism on the grassroots scene his motor, rebounding prowess, and versatility scoring the ball from the paint to the mid post area should translate and will be intriguing to see. Hawkins has a lot of “right now” ability and a ton of potential, a name to watch this grassroots season.
Mikey Brand Mikey Brand 6'5" | SF Bishop Carroll | 2024 State KS , 6’4 F, Bishop Caroll: Very versatile wing/forward player, his role can translate to a ton of different opportunities he will see on the grassroots scene. A very tough kid on the court, can knock down open shots, boxes out and attacks the glass well, can be the trigger man in the offense, and scores it well off teammates passes.
Tory Homan Tory Homan 6'7" | C Maize South | 2024 State KS , 6’7 F, Maize South: A long athletic forward who was a great role piece for a very talented South team with some tremendous guards. Homan played really well off the guards, is a solid screener, good in dunker spot, finishes efficiently, and is springy on offensive. Can fly over and block shots, alter attempts, and clean up the glass as well. He will be fun to see in the more up and down grassroot environment. Averaged roughly 9 points per game on the season.
Calen Wente, 6’4 F, Fairfield: A really good, maybe slightly undersized, 4/5 man out in Fairfield who on the grassroots travel scene could really benefit playing against some athleticism in the front court. Has left and right hand finishing tough, plays with a big time motor, tracks the ball well, does well against man or zone, and has some room to grow his game. Averaged 9 points and 7 rebounds per game on the year.
