Samaje Morgan Samaje Morgan 5'9" | PG Churchill | 2022 State OR (2022 Churchill)
The stalwart senior sent his career as a Lancer off the right way, scoring a game-high 28 points to go alongside seven assists, three rebounds, and three steals. Quite simply, Morgan is a problem on both ends. With standalone quickness and ball-handling, the senior point guard got to his spots with ease on Saturday, scoring the ball at all three levels on his way to first-team all-tournament honors.
Ty Weiskind Ty Weiskind 6'4" | SF Churchill | 2022 State OR (2022 Churchill)
Weiskind notably stepped up for the Lancers at the state tournament, and Saturday was no exception. The 6-foot-2 guard shot 6-for-11 on his way to 15 points, including a three-pointer. When the Lancers are running short on offense. Weiskind provides strong drives to the bucket in addition to standout shooting from outside.
Evan Otten Evan Otten 6'10" | C Redmond | 2023 State OR (2023 Redmond)
Otten continued an excellent tournament on Saturday, recording 14 points and 18 rebounds inside for the Panthers. The 6-foot-8 junior is both a menace inside and a double-double machine. For a player with such size, Otten’s footwork and finishing ability stood out on Saturday, earning him first-team all-tournament honors.
Garrett Osborne Garrett Osborne 6'3" | SG Redmond | 2022 State OR (2022 Redmond)
Although it wasn’t Osborne’s best night shooting (8-for-20), he still matched Morgan with 28 huge points and solidified himself as a first-team all-tournament selection. The 6-foot-3 senior knocked down three three-pointers and used his tremendous athleticism to keep the Lancer defense on its toes. One of the best scorers at the 5A level, Osborne also hauled in five rebounds and dished out four assists in the tight loss.
