Reed Sheppard Reed Sheppard 6'3" | PG North Laurel | 2023 State #22 Nation KY , North Laurel – Reed is one of the more famous players to come out of Kentucky in the last decade or even longer and he’s living up to all the hype. Sheppard could average 40 a night if he needed to but he makes everyone around him better and rarely forces his offense. He’s already committed to Kentucky.
Kaleb Glenn Kaleb Glenn 6'7" | SF La Lumiere | 2023 #64 Nation IN , Male – Committed to Louisville, Kaleb is a physical specimen rarely seen in the bluegrass state but he’s also worked extremely hard over the last few years to become more than just a hulking forward. Glenn has become a legitimate perimeter threat and will likely play on the wing in college.
George Washington III George Washington III 6'3" | CG Chaminade Julienne | 2023 State #92 Nation OH , CAL – One of the best “microwave” scorers in the state, Washington can get hot in a hurry and takes and makes tough shots. GW3 has committed to Ohio State already where he will take his scoring and playmaking to Columbus and hope to see the floor early for the Buckeyes.
Jacob Meyer Jacob Meyer 6'2" | PG Holy Cross Covington | 2023 #170 Nation GA , Holy Cross (Covington) – Meyer moves up the list and cracks the top 4 after a huge season where he led the state in scoring and routinely scored 40+ points in a game. Jacob is committed to Western Kentucky and will certainly push for Mr Basketball honors next season.
Reece Potter Reece Potter 6'11" | C Lexington Catholic | 2023 State #212 Nation KY , Lexington Catholic – The 7 footer’s stock took off over the last calendar year and saw several offers come his way this past fall and winter. Potter is a skilled big who can put the ball on the floor and can also stretch the floor with shooting from deep. As he gets stronger and more athletic, Reece’s offer list will just get longer and longer.
Evan Ipsaro Evan Ipsaro 5'11" | PG Covington Catholic | 2023 State KY , Covington Catholic – Evan had a big season for one of the best teams in the state and has close to 10 D1 offers at this point. Ipsaro is quick with the ball in his hands, is an excellent passer and can finish through contact at the rim.
Jerone Morton Jerone Morton 6'3" | SG George Rogers Clark | 2023 State KY , GRC – Morton has been the best player for the state’s best team all season and has seen his college offer list grow to include a few more D1 schools. A lefty, Jerone excels at getting into the paint and finishing at the rim but he can also knock down perimeter shots consistently.
Gabe Sisk Gabe Sisk 6'5" | SG Ballard | 2023 #232 Nation CA-N , Ballard – Gabe has all the tools and can be a playmaker with the ball in his hands. He’s had a bit of an up and down season this year for the Bruins but will have an opportunity this summer to impress against EYBL competition before having to take leadership of a Ballard team that will have a new coach.
John Mccrear John Mccrear 6'8" | PF Woodfard | 2023 State #219 Nation KY , Woodford County – There are stretches of games where John flashes the sort of abilities that make you see why he earned an Arizona State offer last summer. At 6’8 with elite length and athleticism, McCrear can do a lot of impressive things on the basketball court and could break out nationally this summer.
Cyr Malonga Cyr Malonga 6'10" | C Evangel Christian | 2023 State KY , Evangel Christian – Cyr has the physical tools that schools covet and has a long list of college offers thanks to his potential at the next level. It will be interesting to see how his summer goes for Malonga as he could impress some of the country’s elite programs enough to offer.
