New Life Christian Sophomore Guard Jahiem Faison: After a few off games shooting the ball, he’s gotten back on track and he put together back-to-back impressive games on Thursday and Friday night. He has deep shooting range on his shot and is starting to look comfortable with putting the ball on the floor.
Terry Sanford Junior Guard Carlos Craig: On Thursday night he provided some stellar defense to help his team get a big win over PFHS. He understands how to use his lateral quickness and wingspan to be disruptive on the defensive side of the floor. The next step for him will be to tighten up his ballhandling and offensive decision making when he steps over to play the PG role for his squad.
New Life Christian Junior Forward Javian Grant Javian Grant 6'6" | SF New Life Christian | 2023 State NC : Another prospect that has a way to go but has the potential to be solid if he puts in the work. His height and wingspan allow him to make some plays in the paint on both ends of the floor, but he will need to add some muscle to his frame to take his game to the next level.
Westover HS Senior Guard Tre Williams Tre Williams 5'10" | PG Westover | 2022 NC : In a low scoring battle, his team needed some offense and he stepped up to provide some scoring. He found his rhythm knocking down shots from the perimeter and would lead his team in scoring with a game high of 17 Points.
New Bern Christian Senior Forward Amir Sidberry: Foul trouble caused him to miss quite a bit of time in this matchup but when he was on the floor, he made a huge impact for his team. He was dominant inside of the paint, using his strength and high motor to score and grab rebounds at a high rate.
