6’5 CG Collin Chandler Collin Chandler 6'5" | CG Farmington | 2022 State #28 Nation UT || Farmington High School || 2022 ||
Collin had a few dunks last night as he has been playing those passing lanes really well that are leading to some easy breakout dunks. His movement off the ball was displayed as well as he went backdoor for a lob off of the baseline. He had 37 points and he was hitting from deep as he went off for 4 three-pointers. Collin was also rebounding the ball and getting up the floor to push the tempo. Farmington is trying to make a push late here in the season.
6’0 PG Quentin Meza Quentin Meza 6'0" | PG Cyprus | 2023 State UT || Cyprus High School || 2023 ||
Quentin posted a double-double as he had 24 points and 10 assist. Quentin assisted or scored on 44 of his teams 70 points. He is such a valuable player that continues to prove to everyone that his game translates to the next level. In his last five games he is averaging 22 points as Cyprus is starting to click at the right time.
6’2 W Spencer Bessinger || Roy High School || 2022 ||
In the last seven games we have seen a different Spencer over at Roy as he is filling it up from all over the floor. Spencer has a nice inside and outside game and he is trying to help his team avoid playing one of the top seeds i the RPI.
6’6 SF Luke Moir Luke Moir 6'6" | SF Copper Hills | 2022 State UT || Copper Hills High School || 2022 ||
After a few games where Luke struggled a bit on the offensive end of the floor he had himself a solid game as he was just not going to be stoped on rolls or post ups and even in the turn face and rip moves Luke was not going to be denied. On his way to a 24 point night Copper Hills got back on track after two straight losses. Look for Luke to figure out ways to stay out of foul trouble and use his physical nature of play to his advantage in these last few games.
6’3 G Max Toombs Max Toombs 6'3" | CG Corner Canyon | 2023 State UT || Corner Canyon High School || 2023 ||
Max Toombs Max Toombs 6'3" | CG Corner Canyon | 2023 State UT was leading his to a revenge win against region foe Westlake that now pushes them up in the RPI. Max posted an impressive stat line as he had 28, 6 and 4 last night as he was just bullying his way in the lane. Corner Canyon will need Max to continue this play to make a run here in region play.
