Presley Patterson Presley Patterson 6'0" | PG Knoxville Catholic | 2022 State TN played perhaps his best game of the season, both hitting shots and running out on the break to finish with speed. The 24 points by Presley lead the team to their 24th win. Blue created off the dribble. He was and is so patient and probing with the basketball. Consider the excellence of BJ Edwards who did more than just score the basketball. He rebounded early and typically helped defensively at various points on the floor. There are some possessions where Edwards could be found sagging down to stop the drive.
Deondrea Lindsey Deondrea Lindsey 6'7" | PF Oak Hill Academy | 2025 #115 Nation VA was scrappy rebounding above and also down in the thicket of opposing guard hands.
The Providence Academy team was really, really crisp in the opening quarter with Andrew Lawrence Andrew Lawrence 5'11" | SG Providence Academy | 2022 TN flicking three-pointers in like he was shooing away flies. His transition from dribble to shot release looked as quick as anybody in the state. Cross Chadwick Cross Chadwick 6'7" | PF Tri-Cities Christian Academy | 2024 State TN started pretty well. He is a bouncy wing forward with extreme potential.
Lipscomb Academy 75
Ensworth 63
Willie Walton Willie Walton 6'2" | SG Lipscomb Academy (baseball) | 2022 State TN scored 24 points and gleefully headed home victorious. The defensive pressure rattled a fantastic Ensworth team. LA is a talented team, but this really is a shocking result as Ensworth was deservedly a State Championship contender.
