James Reaves James Reaves 6'4" | SG Greece Athena | 2022 State NY Jr has been having one of the most impressive senior campaigns in Rochester. This year, Reaves has led his team 12-6 record averaging 18 points per game, becoming a go-to option this year. Reaves is dangerous with the ball in his hands, getting to his mid-range jump shot whenever he pleases. What impresses most is how Reaves gets better in the clutch; with a series of close games, Reaves has the ball in their hands in the fourth quarter and does not let his team down.

With an elite first step and sneaky athleticism to finish in various ways around the rim, Shamir Caruthers Shamir Caruthers 6'0" | PG East | 2023 NY earns a top 100 spot. Caruthers has developed a consistent catch and shoot game which allows him to utilize his elite speed and finishing ability to its maximum potential. Mike Morgan Mike Morgan 6'2" | SG Edison | 2022 State NY has blossomed as a senior. He always was decent at everything but never excelled at one specific area. This year Morgan excels at every aspect of the game, a knockdown shooter from three, a consistent finisher above the rim, the best perimeter defender on his team. Morgan has shown why he’s one of the top seniors in the area. Morgan is a true leader of a young team primed to make a deep run into the playoffs.
71. 6’5 PF Antoine McFadden Antoine McFadden 6'5" | PF Eugnio Maria de Hostos | 2022 State NY – Eugnio Maria de Hostos
Antoine McFadden Antoine McFadden 6'5" | PF Eugnio Maria de Hostos | 2022 State NY has been truly dominant all season. Whether it be blocking shots, rebounding, or scoring, Mcfadden is an unstoppable presence in the paint. I’ve enjoyed watching him on multiple occasions with game-changing length and athleticism. Antonie is a prime all-state candidate. I cannot wait to see what the future holds; McFadden will be a college steal.

NYS is lucky Max Schneider Max Schneider 5'9" | PG Williamsville East | 2022 State NY is not 6’0. If so, he would be a high major Division 1 prospect. At 5’9, Schneider is tremendously athletic and can score in various ways. He is currently 2nd in his school’s all-time scoring list; Schneiders senior campaign has been full of multiple 30 point games. He is averaging 30 points per game, facing constant double teams and every team game plan for him every time he steps on the floor.
76. 5’10 PG Anthany Brooks Anthany Brooks 5'10" | PG I Don’t Know | 2022 State NY – Elmira
Brooks is a guy who does a little bit of everything on the court from the point guard position. He shoots it well enough from deep to require defensive attention, then does a good job getting into the lane and finishing through contact. He blocks a good amount of shots from the guard spot, which shows how hard he works not just on the offensive end but also on the defensive side. Anthany Brooks Anthany Brooks 5'10" | PG I Don’t Know | 2022 State NY will be a prospect to watch all spring long as he runs with his grassroots team, City of Light Hoop Group.
