Mason Klabo Mason Klabo 6'2" | PG Fargo Davies | 2025 State #240 Nation ND v. Fargo North – 45 points
Last night freshman phenom Mason Klabo Mason Klabo 6'2" | PG Fargo Davies | 2025 State #240 Nation ND erupted for a career high 45 points against the Fargo North Spartans. The number one ranked prospect in the Class of 2025 showed us just the sniper he is by racking up 7 made shots from beyond the arc, which means 35 of his points came from the three point line. As I’ve watched Mason this year I always had a feeling that a breakout game where he would light up the scoreboard was coming, and now that it’s happened, I can’t wait to see him do it again in the future.
Treysen Eaglestaff Treysen Eaglestaff 6'5" | SF Bismark | 2022 State ND v. Bismarck Century – 52 points 11 rebounds 9 assists
In a game against the top ranked Bismarck Century Patriots, Treysen Eaglestaff Treysen Eaglestaff 6'5" | SF Bismark | 2022 State ND of Bismarck High put up video game numbers of 52 points, 11 rebounds, 9 assists, and eight made shots from the arc. The number two ranked prospect in the Class of 2022 did everything possible in a game that solidified the Demons as one of the best teams in the West. Whether it was pulling up from deep with a hand in his face, driving to the rim, hitting from the mid range, dunking it on the fast break, or finding his teammates for a score, Eaglestaff put on a performance for the ages.
Houston Davis Houston Davis 6'4" | SF Turtle Mountain | 2023 State ND v. Grand Forks Central – 40 points 16 rebounds
To open up the 2021-2022 season, Turtle Mountain junior Houston Davis Houston Davis 6'4" | SF Turtle Mountain | 2023 State ND went off for 40 points and 16 rebounds in a win over Grand Forks Central. Houston flashed a bit of everything that night hitting shots from deep, scoring on the fast break, and going a perfect 13/13 from the free throw line. Not to mention the number twenty ranked prospect in the Class of 2023 was a beast in the paint, snatching rebounds left and right. If you ask me, putting up those numbers in an opening season game isn’t too shabby of a start, and I think Houston would agree.
Isaiah Schafer Isaiah Schafer 6'1" | CG Bismarck Century | 2024 State ND v. Williston – 32 points
As the number 2 player in the Class of 2024, its so surprise when Century Patriot guard Isaiah Schafer Isaiah Schafer 6'1" | CG Bismarck Century | 2024 State ND has a big game, but that doesn’t mean we won’t talk about it. Against Williston this year the sophomore had 32 points in the win, and most of those scores came behind his eight three point makes. From what I’ve gathered when watching Schafer this year is that the kid is lethal from behind the arc, and if you leave him, he will catch fire and string together a big shooting performance like he did against the Coyotes. With a lot of season still infront of us I expect the young prospect to continue to have great performances such as this one.
Ryan Erikson Ryan Erikson 6'10" | C Bismarck Century | 2023 State ND v. Bismarck High – 28 points 18 rebounds 4 blocks
In a huge game against Bismarck High, Century big man Ryan Erickson was a dominate force to be reckoned with. The number three ranked player in the Class of 2023 put up 28 points, 18 rebounds, and 4 blocks against the Demons. During the game Ryan was a beast on the offensive boards, drove and slashed into the paint with high efficiency, and sent back opposing players shots with vengeance. As one of the best big men in the entire state, don’t be surprised to see more games like this from Ryan Erickson.
