Dubem is a surprisingly athletic big man who can do it all for his team on both ends of the floor. He is the definition of a paint beast, whether that is throwing down thunderous dunks, rejecting shots at the rim or clearing the glass and starting the fast break. He even displayed an impressive handle and ability to get downhill with a live dribble. It was fun watching him create much like Giannis does in the league; putting his head down and running you over to get to his spot. I was really blown away by his all around game for an undersized forward. He looks like he is capable of transitioning into a wing at the next level or become an extremely switchable forward.
TJ Johnson TJ Johnson 6'6" | SF Belton | 2022 State TX 2022 Belton High School
TJ is a great stretch four with the ability to shoot, handle the ball, and finish at the rim. He is truly skilled at utilizing his size and frame to his benefit when he goes up for layups and to battle on the boards. He loves contact and the ability to use his strength against other players to wear them down. He plays very hard on the floor and never gives up on rebounds on the glass, even on the last day of the tournament. He has a soft touch from the corner and wing and loves shooting his jumper when given a fraction of space. He loves showing off his deep NBA range ability, which opens up his game so much and allows him to become a four-level scorer forcing the defense to come out and contest him from a ridiculous range.

Chanse is a high energy forward who can do it all on offense. He possess great touch from the midrange, even as he is fading away from a defender. I was most impressed with his overall on court IQ. He always seemed to be in the right spot, whether it be flashing to the free throw line and quickly spinning for a turn around, or being willing to put the ball on the floor and get to the rim. Woodlands Christian Academy has a special pick and roll combination with him and their standout point guard. You can tell the two of them have put the extra time in the gym, the point always seems to pick out the right pass where Perkins wants it, and the big man does his best to consistently reward his point guard.
Sean Elkington 2022 6’7 Crosby High School
Sean is a highly skilled big man who can punish you in a number of ways. He can use his brute size and strength to back you down in the post and bunny hook you to death, or get you on an island in the mid post and create offense or step back beyond the arc and knock down shots when given the time to catch and shoot. Elkington was one of the most polished big men in attendance at the entire tournament and thrived at all three levels of the floor. He is one to keep watching next year as he takes his talents to the next level, he is currently committed to St. Edwards University in Austin.

2022 Fort Bend Elkins
Jackson is a nimble big man who can punish you in a variety of ways. I was blown away by his agility and ability to step around defenders, finish softly at the rim, and stretch the floor. He is a smart screener who knows when to roll versus popping out for an open midrange look. He is great at playing off of his lead guard, and thrives at being in the right spot at the right time. He is a fearless defender of the rim and truly believes every shot that goes up is his to take off the glass. He truly has an Anthony Davis type game to him, with an ability to punish a smaller defender on the block or take a bigger forward off the dribble. He has great touch on his shot, paired with a high release point makes it a difficult weapon to stop.
Jayson Caldwell – McGaskey 6’5 2022 Dickinson High School
Jayson is an athletic forward who thrives at shutting down the paint on the defensive end. He is fantastic at timing his leaps to contest shots at the rim, and makes his opponents think twice about attacking the basket. He came up with multiple big time blocks to seal the victory in the recent Conroe Christmas Classic. On the offensive end, he is patient and capable of playing alongside another ferocious forward. The other big (

I would like to see him work on putting the ball on the floor and attacking more in the open court.
