6’5 CG Collin Chandler Collin Chandler 6'5" | CG Farmington | 2022 State #28 Nation UT || Farmington High School || 2022 ||
When it comes to basketball hoops in the state there are a lot of knowledgeable people out in the community. There are many that can see beyond the numbers, because the numbers do not tell the whole story. That is why Collin Chandler Collin Chandler 6'5" | CG Farmington | 2022 State #28 Nation UT is still in the lead to take this thing home. the 6’5 Combo Guard and future BYU Cougar has been doing a little bit of everything to help his team win. He has had flashes of taking over when he has needed to and he has displayed some great play making ability as he chooses to defer to his teammates as well. Collin has also been instrumental on the defensive end of the floor chasing down blocks, coming over on help side or simply taking a player out of the game with his one on one defense. Collin is on the cusp of being selected to some prestigious events as soon as the season ends but till then he will have his hands full. Collin is averaging 19 PPG and 4 APG at the midway point.
Making a Case
6’4 G Rex Sunderland Rex Sunderland 6'4" | PG Davis | 2022 State UT || Davis High School || 2022 ||
With one State Championship under his belt Rex is a sure contender as he has been putting together an impressive resume. Not only does he have a few Division 1 offers in the bag he has also been playing some good basketball. He is stat stuffing especially on the defensive end getting steals. Rex is playing well on the ball and off the ball, he is creating off the dribble and he is lighting it up from deep as well. He has that Davis team rolling to a 11-0 record.
6’9 F Jack Wistrcill Jack Wistrcill 6'8" | PF Olympus | 2022 State UT || Olympus High School || 2022 ||
Jack has been a force this season and he is picking up where he left off. Jack had Olympus rolling last season but fell short in the playoffs. Jack looks a lot more focused as he is scoring at a high clip and making it look easy. Jack is owning the paint on both ends of the floor. This season Olympus is one fo the favorites to win it all in 5A and sealing the deal in 5A the Northern Arizona University signee is making a great case for himself.
