Dailyn Swain Dailyn Swain 6'7" | SF Africentric | 2023 State #81 Nation OH , 6’7 SF Africentric 2023: Swain made the leap to top player in the state after a big-time summer with All Ohio Red and continuing that high level of play for Africentric. Swain can go a variety of things with the ball in his hands and is silky smooth at 6’7. Swain is an underrated passer who really elevates those around him. It’ll be interesting to watch Swain on the EYBL circuit this summer with All Ohio Red.
Devin Royal Devin Royal 6'6" | PF Pickerington Central | 2023 State #49 Nation OH , 6’6 PF Pickerington Central 2023: Royal is another player who sees his ranking rise after the Junior has established himself as one of the most dominant high school players in the state. Royal seems to produce in every big game and has really improved his body to make himself a high major prospect. Royal’s main question is how much he can continue to improve his perimeter skillset because he won’t be able to bully players at the next level at his size.
Nathan Dudukovich Nathan Dudukovich 6'2" | SG Lakota West | 2023 State OH , 6’2 SG Lakota West 2023: Dudukovich is one of the top shooters and scorers in his class and has continued to produce as an upperclassman. Dudukovich was efficient for Midwest Basketball Club this summer and holds a firm lead in the GMC scoring race at just over 25 PPG. I expect many more Division I programs to come calling about Dudukovich after this summer.
Amire Robinson Amire Robinson 6'4" | SF Buchtel | 2023 State OH , 6’4 SF Buchtel 2023: Robinson is the ultimate glue guy and just flat out wins for whatever team he plays on. Robinson isn’t going to lead any team in scoring, but he’s going to make plays on both ends and is the type of player you want on your team at the park when winners stay on. We’ll see how much Robinson’s intangibles can help him get recruited after already holding a few Division I offers.
Solomon Callaghan Solomon Callaghan 6'0" | PG Wadsworth | 2023 State OH , 6’0 PG Wadsworth 2023: Callaghan has improved his stock as much as anybody this winter as the Wadsworth junior is having a great season. Callaghan is a big time scorer who demands a double-team when he gets hot. Callaghan has committed to play with the Ohio Buckets this spring and summer which will surely allow him to be seen by the right coaches for his recruitment.
