Quintin Floyd Quintin Floyd 6'4" | SG Gary 21st Century | 2023 State IN (Gary 21st Century 2023): Athletic slashing wing that can score it in a variety of ways. The 6’4″ Floyd is a good outside shooter but really gets it done around the basket were he can use his size and strength to finish through larger defenders. Excellent rebounder from the wing. Very high upside defender with positional versatility.
Chris Hunt (Crispus Attucks H.S. 2025): As a freshman, Hunt has already taken over the reigns as Crispus Attucks’ starting point guard halfway through the season. He is a strong ball handler, shows impressive quickness, and has good vision in the open floor. Made a number of good plays with the ball on Saturday. He will be one to watch in the 2025 class.
D.J. Moss D.J. Moss 6'4" | SF Gary 21st Century | 2023 State IN (Gary 21st Century 2023): Moss is a physical, 6’5″ wing that is a very intriguing prospect. The left-hander is excellent in transition with the ability to get out and run ahead of the defense and finish above the rim. He handles the ball well enough to drive it left from the perimeter and makes enough threes to keep the defense honest. Can guard the 1-4 defensively as well.
Ron Rutland III Ron Rutland III 6'1" | SG Crispus Attucks | 2024 State IN (Crispus Attucks H.S. 2024): Really smooth jump shot and nice, athletic frame. The 6’2″ Rutland can get hot in a hurry from beyond the arc as one of the better catch-and-shoot prospects in the 2024 class. He has a high basketball IQ showing good decision-making even in high pressure situations. Does not get sped up. Very bright future as a high-upside prospect.
Latrell Williams (Crispus Attucks H.S. 2022): Williams is a long, athletic guard that is really good off of the dribble. The 6’2″ lefty is tough to stop in transition and is quick with the ball in his hands. Nice slasher/driver that can defend really well on the perimeter as well. Scored 17 points on Saturday against Gary 21st Century. Could be a nice late addition for a small college program.
Ashton Williamson Ashton Williamson 6'2" | PG Gary 21st Century | 2023 State #287 Nation IN (Gary 21st Century 2023): An explosive guard that can make plays on or off the ball. Williamson showed his playmaking ability on Saturday going off for 16 of his game-high 34 points in the fourth quarter to bring Gary 21st Century from behind against Attucks. Also had 8 assists. He is a great finisher at the rim and an excellent passer. Knocked down threes when it mattered as well. Will be a good Division I point guard.
Austin Willoughby Austin Willoughby 6'3" | SF Chca | 2023 State IN (Whiteland H.S. 2023): Willoughby is an athletic, physical wing that scores the ball in a variety of ways. At 6’4″ he has the size and strength to finish inside along with the skill level to make plays from the perimeter. Dangerous in transition. Averages a team-leading 12.3 points per game. Really like his versatility on both ends of the floor.
