The poll is listed below underneath all of our candidates and their brief statistical outputs and results. Please spread the word and get out in vote!

Forward Nominees
- Kellan Boylan, 6’7, Bishop Miege, 2022: Stepping in big time with the departure of some major forward talent from last year’s Miege team, Boylan has been dominant early and often this season. Dynamic forward averaging a double double with 14 points and 12 rebounds per game.
- Jace Linenberger Jace Linenberger 6'7" | C Hays | 2022 State KS , 6’7, Hays, 2022: Tremendous footwork, touch, and power makes him a versatile and impactful forward prospect. Averaging 19 points and 7.6 rebounds per game.
- Noah Simmons Noah Simmons 6'8" | C Valley Center | 2022 State KS , 6’8, Valley Center, 2022 (Pictured): Great anchor on defense and soft touch with great hands on the offensive end. Great two way forward who has helped Valley Center to a 9 and 1 start. Averaging 17 points, 2.5 assists, and 7.4 rebounds a game.
- Eli Lawson Eli Lawson 6'7" | C Bennington | 2024 State KS , 6’6, Bennington, 2024: The young forward has helped Bennington get to 5 and 5 on the season and has carried a massive load for them. Another forward averaging a double double at 21 points and 11 rebounds per game. Also averages almost 4 blocks per game.
- Gus Hawkins, 6’6, Scott City, 2024: Another young forward making an impact for a 4 and 5 Scott City who will be dangerous come the post season. The big man is averaging 13 points and 6.6 rebounds per game.
- Walt Gray Walt Gray 6'3" | PF Bishop Carroll | 2023 KS , 6’4, Bishop Carroll, 2023: A smaller forward but has a ton of bounce and plays with a lot of energy. Averaging 16.1 points and 3.3 rebounds per game and has been a bright spot for a struggling Carroll team.
- Cooper Schwieger Cooper Schwieger 6'3" | PF Blue Valley Southwest | 2022 State KS , 6’8, Blue Valley Southwest, 2022: Both brothers have been solid this year, but Cooper gets the nod, has been efficient most the year. Averaging 10 points and over 6 rebounds per game.
- Jack Ratigan Jack Ratigan 6'5" | SF Blue Valley West | 2022 State KS , 6’6, Blue Valley West, 2022: One of the most versatile forwards in Kansas is helping lead a really really good West team this year. Averaging 14 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 blocks per game.
- Koen Hula Koen Hula 6'4" | PF Council Grove | 2022 State KS , 6’4, Council Grove, 2022: Averaging 10 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists per game anywhere is a tough feat, but that’s what the senior forward is doing so far this season.
- Corbin Dozier Corbin Dozier 6'5" | PF Olathe South | 2022 State KS , 6’5, Olathe South, 2022: The stretch four has made 24 threes on the year at a 40% clip and averaging 10.75 points and 4.25 rebounds per game.
- Noah Hastert Noah Hastert 6'6" | C Cair Paravel | 2022 State KS , 6’7, Cair Paravel, 2022: The future Pitt State football player is also playing pretty well on the hardwood this year averaging 13 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 5.2 assists per game.
- Taylor Cable Taylor Cable 6'1" | SF Ness City | 2022 State KS , 6’3, Ness City, 2022: A smaller but strong and powerful forward who has a high motor and averages a double double at 16 points and 10 rebounds per game.
- Jaden Gustafson Jaden Gustafson 6'0" | CG Maize | 2022 State KS , 6’4, Maize, 2022: Has scored in double figures in 6 straight game for the defending state champs. Averaging 10.8 points, and 7 rebounds per game.
- Bryce Beisner Bryce Beisner 6'7" | PF Beloit | 2024 State KS , 6’6, Beloit, 2024: Another 2024 forward prospect in Kansas producing at a high level, averaging 15.9 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game.
- Fred Criqui Fred Criqui 6'7" | C St. Marys | 2022 State KS , 6’7, St Mary’s, 2022: The Doane University commit is dominating in the first half of the season for one loss St Mary’s. Averaging a double double on the year at 16 points and 12 rebounds per game while shooting a whopping 71% from the field.
- Grayson Ratzlaff Grayson Ratzlaff 6'7" | PF Hillsboro | 2022 State KS , 6’7, Hillsboro, 2022: The big man for the top ranked team in their class has been terrific once again. Extremely versatile on the floor and pads the whole stat line at 12.6 points, 1.3 assists, 6 rebounds, and 2.1 steals per game.
