Prep Hoops was in the gym this past weekend to see Boston lead his team to a victory against Flint Hill at Capital One Arena
“We were really excited to play in this game on a big stage against good competition.”
Bullis is arguably one of the more underrated teams in the DMV but Boston is making sure he does what it takes to help his team on a nightly basis.
“My role is just to control the pace of the game and get my team open shots and good shots and when it is crunch time I know what I have to do to try and get my team a win.”
Boston is one of the quicker guards in the local 24 class as he uses his speed to his advantage and it is giving his opposition troubles on defense.
“Keeping the defender off balance is very crucial in this game. I try to really use my speed to my advantage. I like to think I have good footwork which I can use to keep my defender off balance.”
It is early in the recruitment process for Boston but two schools have begun to stand out to Boston and he broke those two schools down for Prep Hoops.
NJIT: “I have been there for a visit and Coach Ricardo Rush showed me around the campus. It is a nice campus that is in the city and it was a very good experience.”
George Mason: “You can tell they are really recruiting the DMV more and as soon as he got the job he started to look more in the DMV and I was one of the people he looked at and offered. I have been keeping notice of them and they are off to a good start this season.”
