Double-D is a plus shooter from 3-point range, but when his long ball isn’t working, he still has many other ways to get his points. His mid-range game was good and he can create off the dribble to get into the lane while also getting himself to the free throw line. He also scored 33 points in the semifinals against North County.
Jobe Bryant Jobe Bryant 6'0" | PG Park Hills Central | 2024 State MO 6’0 Park Hills Central: The 2024 point guard put on a show last night in the Rebels’ victory over North County in the third-place game. DJ Prater DJ Prater 6'3" | SG South Iron | 2022 State MO 6’2 South Iron: The 6’2″ 2022 guard scored 24 points in the Panthers’ victory over Festus in the championship game. His slashing ability was on full display as he sliced and diced his way into the lane for buckets while also getting out in transition, where he is especially dangerous. He is also a very good offensive rebounder with his athleticism and quick jump around the basket.
Arhmad Branch 6’0 Festus: The 2023 point guard scored a team-high 19 points in the championship game against South Iron. He has good length and athleticism and some slick handles when he is one the move. He can slice into the lane and create opportunities for his teammates with his passing skills. As a bonus, he was knocking down the 3-pointers as he hit three triples on the night.
Kyle Phipps Kyle Phipps 5'9" Hillsboro | 2022 MO 5’8 Hillsboro: The 2022 guard put on a show in the Hawks’ victory over Steelville in the fifth-place game.
